live4speedI'll have to record next weeks and watch it later, I don't think I'll be back in time for it. It's one that I must see though, possibly the highlight of the series.

FamineTwo words: Sky. Plus.
donbenniYou mean Sky+?
Famine
"One word and a non-alphanumeric character which forms a single character acronym: Sky. +."
Delphic Reason"I'm very happy doing this, if you'd like to sod off"...
His face is amazing whenever it's mentioned.live4speedThey've got great chemistry between them Clarkson, Hammond and May. Hammond will be getting stick for the rest of the series about his teeth.
Sorry I'm a day late... (We don't get BBC 2 over here so I have to rely on other sources...)FamineTwo words: Sky. Plus.
Clarkson was quite right. The Dino was never a Ferrari, though it's often incorrectly referred to as a Ferrari Dino.
Amusingly, my car has more power than two of the cars and a better power-to-weight than any of them. 80hp in a Merak - especially one which has had a £10,000 engine rebuild? Criminal.
live4speedAnybody watched Heaven and Hell yet? Theres a great bit in that with the TVR Sagaris racing a Corvette C6, they do a drag race then a timed lap in each, Jeremy drives the Sagaris in the drag and the Stig drives the Vette, JC screws up the lauch in the TVR but halfway down the strip he flys past the Vette, it's not even funny, he's going that much faster by the time he's caught up the Vette it just whizees past his window. The the Stig does a lap in both of a short track, the TVR beats it by 2 seconds. Then JC says but the TVR didn't win because this id, and starts blabbing on about the Monaro . I still prefer the TVR by a long shot.
FamineWell, it's not quite as catchy, is it?

Have you seen the old episode with the Veyron watch.. I was all the way back when they (Jeremy, Richard and James) still doubted it would ever come out.... The way Clarkson spoke of the watch - I can't quote him, but something along the lines of ".....ugly as sin... £ 140.000.... tribute to a car that will never exist..."GilesGuthrieFamine-- I'll rescue you:
Three Words: Telewest. Teleport. Replay.
I thought that the £10k supercar thing was a bit of a farce really. I don't classify any of them as supercars, and it was a bit shambolic with them breaking down all the time. I did laugh when the Maser blew up though. That Ferrari wasn't a proper Dino - you'd never get a 246 for that money.
The Zonda F did sound awesome. When they said the price of it, my wife (in the next room) exclaimed "****ing hell".
TVR&Ferrari_FanI have seen his new DVD, the C6 still needs to be improved more for the cornering. It may be the best handling Corvette, but it still needs way more improving.
When US finally do a better handling car then the best supercar makers:
TVR
Aston Martin
Lotus
Noble
Ferrari
Lamborghini
Ferrari
Pagani
Bugatti
Koenigsegg
Then they will all take the handling up to the next level.
