I was at 75 Mill with all cars collected last night.

Woke up to find I had 15 mill and q load of old mercs from the lcd... :D
Damn. I've been running the script since Monday and been lucky to only buy the 962 and Ford Roadster once. I've won over 100 million credits now.

Did the scripts get you? Did you fall asleep with your face on your controller? Or was this an alcohol induced, black-out-drunk impulse purchase? 🧐

The nismo engine seems to be rare, i’ve done over a dozen spins and yet to get one. I’ve got all the other ones I’m interested in, really want to put the nismo engine in the 180sx and 300zx
The Honda engine is most rare for me.
The few times mine has bought from the LCD it's also been the old Mercedes-Benz, must be something about the script.
I am convinced that it's a connection and bandwidth issue. I have to babysit the script more when there's streaming happening in the house or when I'm using my laptop.

Mine has purchased the Escudo, the 962, and another 32 Ford. :P...Would love to be able to sell cars in the next update, and the inclusion of that feature in the next update woudl be, um, interesting :D. I wonder if they'll even fix this issue :D

I’m positive it’s a connection issue. My laptop was inconsistent with wireless, and when I hooked it up to a network cable instead it’s been mostly flawless since.

It's amusing to me that YouTubers, who have good critical thinking skills, and plenty of experience with driving games, think that it's "only" GT7's economy that drives people to use the exploit..

People want stuff for the least amount of effort. If a glitch undermines normal gameplay, people will use it. Let's not try and justify it by claiming the game is bad when you use the exploit far and away past what's reasonable.

The script has also bought me a few surprise extra cars and seems very keen on the Red Pig, as it keeps on putting it on my wishlist... It also likes checking out my trophies.

So I've slowed down the slow version of the script (I'm on PS4 base and PS4 is a couple of stories away from my laptop) and it is quite stable now. I attach it here in case it is of use to someone else - GT Planet won't allow .ahk files, so it is text, but just save as filename.ahk and you're good to go. Credit to the original creator (igoticecream); all I did was lengthen some of the pauses (on the slow version only) to allow for poor connection.

Since staff such as Scaff said they use the script, I presume I'm okay to post this. If not, admins feel free to delete the post.

ALSO, I have noticed (at least on my laptop) that remote play ceases to recognize some of the button presses.

when I catch it out of sync, I shut down the script and try to redirect what's happening. Often, the X button doesn't register from the controller, or the down button doesn't register. I have to shut down the remote window and restart it, then the controls come back.

This could be a factor, or it could just be a quirk of my setup.

It amuses me that people like you keep on coming back in here checking up on this thread like we all should be beheaded for clicking through some menu's. 🤣

I have 4 of the NISMO engine. The only one I have "1" of is the 3UZ-FE - SC430. I have 16 different engines, with multiples of all, except the SC430.

I've clicked a lot of threads here since 2006, can you find one where I suggest beheading, or are you just talking utter ****?

The scripts just repeat the same inputs over and over, the problem is if you are streaming or downloading, the connection between the PS4 and whiever device you're runnig the script from has an increased chance of being interrupted or delayed which can cause it to go out of sync with what it's supposed to do.

The slower the script runs the less likely it will go out of sync but of course, the less you can get from running it per hour. The fastest way to do it accuratey is still to do it manually.

Speaking of Nismo's, my GTR Nismo 17 is now sitting pretty at 1021BHP and weighing in at 1287kg's thanks to those 4 star tickets.

Still here? LOL

Thanks Dave 👍 TBH I was already using AFK before this glitch came to light so was already very close to the credit limit cap, so I don't have any issues with the script going rogue after a period of time and buying car's :D. I know the script runs more smoothly with better and stable internet connection. :)

Fair enough, I'd just make sure your account is set so that you can't buy microtransactions without a password in case the script goes rogue and attempts to purchase credits for you if you are leaving it alone. I think you do that from your PSN profile Payment Settings.

That's never happened to me, but there is at least one persom claming the script spent over £300 on MTX's, andfor one setting I felt it wasn't worth the risk :).

Yup, same for me. It happens less frequently now that I’m hard wired, but sometimes the reset button on the script works for this as well. Usually I only need to shut down the game itself (not the Remote Play window) and restart it to get it all synced again.

That's good advice I'll check that thank you🙂

The Nismo and C7 engines I have the most of by far. I had at least 5-10 of each of the others before I got my first Porsche engine.

Pretty sure daan was just joking. It isn't really that hard to make a link look real.

I know, I've only recentley been introduced to the logout link on GTP. @daan is probably my favourite mod too, so if it's a joke on his part, I don't mind... however... it doesn't address the point I originally challenged.
