Sony grounded PD for the money exploit, it's the one and only reason for any such delay. GT6 came out of the gate with hourly press junkets, money glitch discovered, the cave doors shut!
Sony is a Japanese Dynasty, that has been dishonored. Kaz must be utterly depressed. Real lives were lost for far less severe issues. This is a serious matter we here in North America don't fully grasp.

means nothing unfortunately as its the other way round, gt paying porsche sponsership money to advertise on the cars rather than an affiliation to get cars in the game at this point

Because Its not Forza 4 its Forza 5 , you had all the cars that came on the forza 5 disc should they give that away for free as well .
All the cars that are being added are newly rendered if people don't want them back in the new game its simple don't buy them ( no brainier ) but don't expect T10 to just paste and copy old generation models just because PD do.

Not much of an argument there, We were told that the cars in FM4 were next gen ready so why did they need to withhold cars that were in FM4 and sell them as DLC in FM5?
As far as I am concerned the cars looked just fine in FM4, all of them and there would be no problem carrying them all over exactly as they were. I could not care less about Auto Vista mode total waste of time and resources to even include it and now they are charging extra to get cars that were already in the game but are now upgraded to work in this useless mode that most of us did not even want in the first place.
Just makes me that much more glad I did not waste my money on a XBone

I agree, not bashing on Forza specifically but thats bad game policy. I'm truly hoping that PD doesn't lean towards that path. If nothing was wrong, it shouldn't be removed or withheld. It is very shocking to hear that FM4 had 400 cars at release, whereas FM5 only has 200. Okay back on topic.
I am kinda perturbed by the lack of information from PD, no answer or statement on the delay, with both the RedBull events and this so called "patch".

Because it would be stupid to put them on the game but not give us the event... They still had to calculate all things of the event (IA difficulty, prizes, ecc)? Maybe, but it shouldn't take so much time, the most is the car physic and modelling itself, for the event creation it is much easier and faster, so at the time cars are ready, should be ready the event itself too...
