What Crack are you on?
Hm. You say something that is completely out of touch with anything resembling reality ("Cars over a million credits are no completely untradeable! This obviously means that they have more value in the marketplace!"). Then you make an off-hand response questioning whether I'm on drugs when I question the ridiculousness of the statement.

Yes, I'm the one on drugs.

Yes, I'm the one on drugs.
Now cars are rare like in real life. Would some1 really trade their hard earned 20m car for something with less value?
No so get over it.

Um, no. Now cars over a million are literally worth nothing, and cars under a million are going to be just as worthless as they were before.

I think it is worthly to win or buy an expensive car by your own over "trading" them, the worth is the effort you put to get that car, not jus a vague "credit amount". There are a lot of cars under 1'000,000 dollars than are as worthy or even more as any over 1'000,000 car

****This is my only problem with the 1mil limit...ONLINE RACING SERIES ARE NOW POINTLESS. The winner will not be able to recieve a valuable car, so what do you race for now? Whats the point? I guess I can gift a few racing mediums and a mid range turbo for our DTM race series...Im appalled by this move...****

Has anyone even thought of this yet?

Haha, I love this update! Although, I do feel bad for people who lent their expensive cars to friends.

Anyone tried gifting a Level 24 ticket yet?

I have all three Level 24 cars and a spare 24 ticket I was planning to send to a friend tomorrow. Can I still do this?

You see a car in an online lobby that is 5 mill+ credits and very hard to come by in the UCD. There is NOTHING you can offer in a transaction for that, it is valued as nothing within community, why are you acting like you are not an idiot?

That sucks for you, cause you do realize there is a barrow feature in this game, you can loan a car to someone

I know about that now. At the time I gifted the car I didn't :(

I wasn't expecting there to be any issues using a gifting function built into the game for the purpose it was designed for :(

It's annoying that they did this whilst seasonal event #7 was still active making it more likely that people would have such expensive cars out on loan :(

(I guess I just have to tell the friend who just "won" a 12,500,000 car that he has to host 80,000 b-spec races for my drivers until I win the money back :( )

I anticipate an update down the road to address the trading system in a more effective way - I see the 1.07 patch as a stop-gap bandaid measure.

I can't complain too much as I've gotten most (but not all) of the expensive cars I wanted. I'll just work on the less expensive cars for the immediate future.

No No. Why are you acting like a idiot. For money you could grind a Fun Event such as the Grand Valley 300km. People will now be impressed that you got a 20m car. So STFU
You see, now I'm genuinely curious as to why you seem to think it is any of your business in the first place.

Think they could have added some new events to sugarcoat things. Nerfing multiple accounts is fine by me, but most people I know had gone that route to try and get more distance out of the game (e.g. running A-Spec and seasonals over again on another account).

Everyone back to grinding now, and no new events to do it in. X2010 round Indy anyone? Damn.

99% of cars for seasonals were worth less than 1 million. in fact, outside the F1 races, I can't remember a race one couldn't win with a million or less car. Seasonals should be more than okay.

ow, hey, could someone confirm this 1 mil cap. Is it the value of car only (when we bought it in N/UCD) or is it the value of car plus parts?

thx

lol, now you can barrow your own car lol

Your pathetic. Why dont you stop playing GT5 because of a removement that is really good. No more trading is good because you can get cars the hard way.
I expect $60 from you in the mail. Be prompt about it, as well, because I could use that money to increase my preorder for DNF.

Dupers are NOT going to be happy.

I'd like to see a geniune reason this is bad that doesn't involve duping. Why else would people send 1million+ cars if they weren't duping them to keep hold of it.

I let my friend borrow my X1. Now, I can't get it back. IMO, this has to be the worst update so far. I don't care for duping because I don't want to accidentally lose all my data and duping makes the game boring. PD needs to take off this $1 mill limit or whatever this is.
