I just got done testing camber a few minutes ago and as far as I'm concerned, nothing has changed, it is still not right. 0.0 is still max grip.
You are absolutely correct. I went on Suzuka with the BMW VGT, recorded a hot lap with the default camber, then took all camber off. On my first lap without camber I posted a time 2.5 seconds faster, and I had a few slides in there, too.

Does anyone else have a "NEW" icon on their dealership, with no indication of what's new there? I can't find anything or make the icon go away. I've already looked at and acquired the BMW.

I just ran a practice session to test for the pit tire bug on Silverstone GP. I was running the combo I ran in the WRS 2.4 hour enduro, so I know it well. The track is now a 🤬 slideshow! If I had to guess, not more than 15-20 frames per second on some occasions. Really annoying. I'm on a PS3 Super Slim 12 GB.

Edit: Must be the result of clean install of the game, that on the first run it was really sluggish. The second try was much better, with frame rates back to what I am used to see at Silverstone.

Not sure if sarcasm...
:odd:

Why would that be sarcasm? The "NEW" is not in reference to the BMW but I can't figure out what it is referring to. When I go into the dealership, none of the manufacturers have the NEW icon so I don't know where to look.

"These cars have also been added:

Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 Nissan GT Academy Team RJN '13
Nissan GT-R Black edition (GT Academy 2014)
Mitsubishi XR-PHEV EVOLUTION Vision Gran Turismo"
I had to double check to see if it was ok for me to put this in the OP and it is. Added to OP with links to the pictures.

People have asked about it twice every page in this thread.
Oh, I see. Well I quickly looked through some of the pages and only found stuff about the pit stop bug and similar things.

I should have been more thorough.

Though it would probably help if it was added to the first post or something, as that's the first place I looked.

@Johnnypenso you need to clarify the overall best time display. That was there in practice mode as of 1.06, what's new in 1.07 is that it now also displays during the race. 👍

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this one, gotta be one of the dumbest things they've ever added. A little display now pops up over the tire indicators telling you which button you've pressed, every time you press the gas, brake, shifter......anything. And most of the time it's wrong. WTF is the point of this?

Few things I noticed;

1) during gameplay button presses appear on screen, what's weird is that while using my DFGT and using the paddles for shifting, the game says I pressed nitro, most other button presses show up incorrectly as well.

2) in the 24 minute Nurburgring race, the AI has been adjusted, it's not as easy to win with an underpowered car as it was in 1.06. Also, the AI crashes right after entering the Nordschleife part, specifically the pit exit for the Nordschleife, every lap.

3) tire physics also seem to have been tweaked, going back to 24 minute of Nurburgring; I used to finish the race with my RS tires without pitting and the tire meter was still showing 4 out of 10, now shows 2 out of 10, and during the whole race the tires don't seam to be the same as 1.06.

4) next person to ask about the "new" badge on the dealership icon needs to get slapped.

I was just typing my post and you beat me to it.

That's "Button Navigation" and was in v1.00. Hit the pause button, go to Options and turn it off.

And yes, it's really, really rubbish.

I noticed that myself about the little popup but I pay so little attention to that stuff that I thought it might have always been there and I just didn't notice. You're right, it's probably the silliest thing PD has ever done:dunce::dunce:

Edit: Tree'd

Thank you, it must've been disabled before as a default and now enabled, I never saw them during a race.

No, you should've read the thread and not expected everything in the first post. Don't try to deflect the blame towards the OP.
