Eh, not worth turning my PS3 on for.

The content delivery on this game is especially slow, the game is pretty much dead at this point and we still don't have most of the promised features at launch. Even as a big GT fan its easy to see how other racers are walking all over this title. PD can no longer keep up with this genre, times have past from when they used to dominate it.

Hoping with GT7 they do something revolutionary on the new hardware.

589mb 👍

A VGT and a few bug fixes, it's not even funny how correct the pessimists are now...

But 589mb, a single car and a few little bug fixes cannot be that much data surely...

What the 🤬 do you have up your sleeve Kaz? Just take it out already for 🤬 sake!

Edit: NVM, of course it's the stupid HD video's they make us plonk on our systems.

You could at least compress them Kaz!

Two machines actually.

Thats a very detailed looking version of Sierra in the Infiniti trailer, unless its a real life shot, that wouldn't really make much sense though when they already have it modelled in-game. But it looks nothing like that.

wow ! now we can buy snow and dirt tires :embarrassed:
Huh? We could always do that :boggled:

Anyway yeah this is about what I expected. For the first time EVER I am NOT running to get the download. I might do it tomorrow if I get sick of grinding in GTA5... but honestly that's been more fun lately.

So sad :(

Edit: Nevermind. Wife has to warm up a bottle of insulin before bed and HATES GTA5 so I have a bit of time to kill. Guess I'll grab the freebies and put the disc back to sleep.

I think it's probably something that's not running a PS3 GT version.

I'm probably going to give the Infiniti Concept a try, that thing looks like a beast. I'm now curious about what other changes Polyphony did that weren't announced.

I wonder if a spec 2.0 update will be released later this month... most likely not. At least this update gave us two more cars to drive! :)

Just wondering, how does it take half a gigabyte to put two cars plus some coding changes into the game?

Most of that is video, the cars are roughly 50MB or so.
