I have been looking at the lower left car and have a niggling thought that it is not a Tesla Model S. Having said that, chances are I am totally wrong as virtually the entire community think it is the Tesla. It has an Aston Martin vibe about it and the first thing which crossed my mind was the DB7 GT.

After having done a quick job on it there appears to be a round fog light which I cannot place on the Tesla Model S. That could be artefact distortion from messing about with it.

Ok guys, pull up a billion photos of a Tesla with round fog lights and make me feel like a wally. I am used to it!

Interesting, at first glance I also thought this is Aston (but DB9). Let's see

At first I hoped to prove your point  But DB7 doesn't really fit, and Tesla fit quite good

...TBH with you, many of the cars that we got are basically forgotten fast, and reason why is it like that is simply because PD's lack of balancing things and stupid grouping policy.
I do understand that some of the cars are prototypes and then there are those VGT cars. But why not making like:
R - race car (LMP1/2/3, GT500, GT3/GT300, GT4 etc)
V - VGT
D - dirt/rally car
N - normal car (all other cars)
And then you just apply PP (performance points - GT5/6) that were more effective then BoP in GTS.

At the end of the day, LMP cars will probably skyrocket to 850+pp, SuperGT's would be around 750s, GT3 would easily come to 600s, GT4s in 450-500s and all those smaller individual racing cars would get at least some way to fit either one or another of those ranks.
Make all cars have their respective Aero and Power/Weight (908HDi has 700hp in game, while it had 730hp in LMP class).
Then normal cars, or N group would be much much better balanced...
Also power and weight should not be percentage of something, but rather making it +/- 1hp and +/- 1kg (~2.2lbs). Again, better balance then BoP as it is now...

Absolutely. The hodgepodge of cars crammed into classes does make some cars inclusion for some players very puzzling. As I am someone who plays almost exclusively single player and loves making liveries, in contrast to a person who plays competitively online, I can understand that the classing system can make even a new car's inclusion null on arrival. As well as the inclusion of weight into the bop calculation they could also be more thoughtful in including cars that complete a grid of a race championships within the same season or of similar peformance. Instead we have a GTE class 911 and a outdated and long replaced 458 GT3 competing against more currrent crop of GT3 cars. And also be more thoughtful and less random with the road cars and bracket them into types: 60's-70's muscle cars into one grid, 90's JDM's into their own group, the new batch of hot hatches competing against one another, etc. And also use the afforementioned better defined BOP system to bring them closer together, competitively. As a car fan who appreciates lots of different types of cars, I guess it is easier for me to pick alot alot of things I like from new car packs, but if the classing, grouping and BOP was better implemented then that would probably entice me more to play competitively online.

PD, as usual, can be accused of stretching the car list too thin by trying to cater to too many types and eras of cars.

The front grill is a little confusing, other than that it looks like a model s.

The amount of 'It's free' is amazing here, you guys are really just behind on that crap. Honestly!

Any game with MTX or recurring spending, is not adding content for free, lol. Wow!

This is it, if an original track doesn't show up in December I highly doubt they will return in GT Sport.
You can add weather conditions. At the end, who knows, they can bring back some original tracks in 2019 but there is not a single rumor about it...
A year ago : “We are already working on Deep Forest; we actually have the data for Deep Forest that runs on Gran Turismo Sport but it does have some problems.”

The only hope is you usually don't reveal what the christmas gift is until it is opened.

I'd be happy if they could get the BOP right. I tried my first daily race a couple of weeks ago. I expected power & weight adjustments to offset the cars in classes, but was shocked to find everything other than brake bias & traction control settings locked. And they weren't locked to the settings I spent time to adjust to my liking.

Correct me if im wrong but but it is free since you have to pay for them to be installed in your game you can buy them in the game with credits . But as you can see some people here want to buy them with real money , now is that the right call ? no i don't think so , can the economy of the improve ? YES majorly in fact , but that dosen't mean that if 5% for example buy's MTX PD is also charging the rest 95%.

The bottom left car is the first one of these silhouettes that I can't really ID immediately. I agree with most people though it's likely the Tesla. Second guess would be DB9. If it is the Tesla, I hope they include the updated P100D. The old model in GT6 is wayyy too slow (especially with how poor electric drivetrain launch is simulated in GT and longitudinal tyre grip issues).

Price predictions based on GT6, and some estimates for new cars:

1. BMW M3 Coupe '07 - (92,400 Cr)
2. Chevrolet Corvette Coupe (C2) '63 (84,890 Cr)
3. Ferrari F50 '95 (750,000 Cr) (estimated halfway between F40 and Enzo)
4. GReddy Fugu Z (300,000 Cr) (same as other SEMA winners already in game)
5. McLaren P1 GTR '16 (2,000,000-3,640,000 Cr) (low estimate same as FXX in GT6, high estimate same as Veneno)
6. Pontiac Firebird Trans Am '78 (30,000 Cr)
7. Tesla Model S Signature Performance '12 (92,000 Cr)

Total needed between 3,349,290 - 4,989,290 Cr.

This update has nothing for me. Nothing.
If an F50 and P1 GTR are "nothing" to you then I don't know what to say. What were you hoping for? Cause imo this is one of the best updates because those two cars alone, completely new to GT to boot.

And what exactly are you spending on GT Sport going forward? Whether you want to purchase microtransactions is entirely your own decision and irrelevant to new content being free or not. And if you're gonna say PS Plus to play online then I'll say it's a stupid answer. You don't need PS Plus to buy the cars and play offline. If you want to play online is another choice for every player and has no bearing on extra added content. So yeah, it is free.

I dunno about you guys but the Trans Am and C2 Corvette being back are mega for me. The Trans Am was especially good in GT6 at higher tunes for some reason.

Absolutely the two cars I'm looking forward getting with the T/A being at the top. The F50 might be ok but it won't top the F40 for me.

I really have to question PD as to why they chose the Tesla, out of all the cars you have... you went with that one.

Lol, no!

They planned the MTX, fully lied about it too, but held it back to sell the game and look like they're better than other developers. In the end, Sony wants money and the game was created to make earning take longer, a grind exists too. All because of incoming MTX.

Very naive indeed people. It's a business that's thriving purely because people are just eating it up like fools.

Microtransactions are key in today's gaming. Facts people. C'mon, lol. Wow!

(Spelling edit).
