I think it is save to say that the car choices for the updates are not completely logical. So all the „ looking at GT6“ and „ looking at the xy Motorsport Event“ really gets us nowhere. Where is that new Supra everyone saw in the update for sure? Yeah...

Many people predicted the Z8 and the 350Z... chill. People are here to have fun and share their predictions with the community. If you don’t like it go away...

You do know it was a speculation thread, based on the fact that certain months had a pattern of cars. Do you follow these threads or just try to shoot down posts that pop up on your screen?

Exactly what Im thinking, some cars here are a great surprise and wonderful to see, but the game needs to release 1 or 2 race car focused updates in the next months. After all it is GT Sport and most people spend their time on Sport Mode, in which 75% of events are with race cars, so you can say this is an exciting, but at the same time dissapointing update.

They can't just make race cars updates, as there is more people that wants road cars Over race cars, just look at the cars suggestions section, that explains everything. There is as many people that don't play sport mode, as people that play it, so they have to adapt to all people playing. This might be a disapointing update for you, but for someone else it could be great, and nothing wrong bring back the iconic tvr brand again, the return of dc2 integra, we all want different cars, some Always complain, i don't like all the cars we are getting, but i understand, and what does it matter really, PD are not changing anything for the cars or the new tracks for that matter.
Dbr1 is race car, so if you say there is no race car in this update are simply not true, it might not be a gr,3 or 4 but its still a race car no matter how you see it, gr,3/4 dosent need that Much of an update if you campare to the road car section

You were pointing out that there are no French, Austrian or Korean additions in the next update, and I was wondering why you would make a point out of such a triviality. But you didn’t answer so here we are.

Some manufacturers would probably benefit from an upgrade in Gr.3/4 especially for the next season of the FIA Championships imo.

If anything, it would be beneficial if PD added the 2018 Aston Martin Vantage GT3, Audi R8 LMS GT4, Ferrari 488 GT3, 2016 Ford GT Le Mans or Honda NSX GT3 Evo or 2018 Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 (which Kaz even namedropped in an interview with GTP) to give those manufacturers an edge in the FIA championships.

And yes, I'd be equally excited with either of those vehicles in GTS.

I use the same logic for the NSX Type R - my favorite is the 2002, but because we have the '92, I'm much more interested in seeing a modern Z (or *ahem* the 2000 Civic Type R hatch) over my favorite NSX.

Slim pickin's on that GTS roster hehehe

Also, super hyped if that's an Integra 👍 the more VTEC the better.

Hope the track is good because these cars do nothing for me. I was hoping for more race cars too!

Update GR3 and 4 a bit and maybe add something like ginetta or single seaters or even like classic touring cars.

Where I agree that gran turismo has always been about road and race cars and everyone likes different things so should have both for sure. But Remember we used to be able to turn those standard cars into race cars if we wanted but not anymore.

Not a great car pack for me, would of liked a little more balance between road and race cars, if we are to see new road cars would be nice to see it weighted to something new instead of just bringing back old cars,

XJ13 is in GT Sport already.

Anyway... my overall thoughts of the cars: meh. I’ll get the Porsche if it’s not ridiculously expensive.

Let’s see if there’ll be a new/returning/addition track... Since the ‘theme’ of the cars seem to be ‘historic’/‘classic’ I’m hoping for maybe a classic Spa or Le Mans, although very unlikely... more likely would probably be a returning original track like Deep Forest or Grand Valley etc.

Only time will tell...

This is a very pleasant group of cars to see incoming . Can't think of a bad one amongst them.

I'm not the biggest Porsche fan but am so glad to see a 356 being added, that is one beautiful little machine . And I really can't wait patiently enough to get back behind the wheel of a Dino and a 350Z again, Both greatly missed since I made that next-gen switch.

Thanks PD, you've made the start of the year a little sweeter .

Overall decent car pack. Not the best in my opinion but particularly looking forward to the return of TVR, the Integra Type R and the Aston.

Personally think the Aston will be in the Cr. 10-20m price range like the other classics, just as I was saving up for the last one I need! Looks like the Ford Mk IV will have to wait a few more days

Wish posts don't belong in the speculation threads, they belong in the Suggestions forum as I've said on numerous occasions.

And yes, people have successfully predicted a car or two before.

I think as we all love racing theres no need to complain - all the updates are free of charge so far

Personally, I have no problem with paying some $$$ for DLCs, theme-orientated like in PC2, if they are good (as all the previous updates were), but I see also the point that PD dont want to realize this

Which Gran Turismo have always been about, so this is nothing new, after all GT is a driving simulator, not a racing simulator even if we have a lot of race cars in the GT games.
