The thing that I don't get is the people against the glitch, whining that now 'Nobody will acknowledge it as an acheivement anymore'. Really? it is a game!! You paid to play, I paid to play. The thing is, I have kids that are young, a job, do classes to stay current in my profession-- important things. And I do not have toime to fight against a ridiculous money amount for the top cars. I want to drive them and enjoy them. It is why I bought the game. Not to grind away at Indy for the rest of my life. Just to buy the top Alfa Romea race car, the Muria prototype, the F2007 and F10, and the Ford Mark IV would mean grinding Indy over 900 times. That is stupid to make the payouts so small and the price so high that most people cannot possibly buy all the cars. It is a game.
Acheivement? Being a parent. WOrking and raising kids, going to school, setting up retirements, savings, those things are acheivements. Getting to level 40 without a cheat? It is a game. Nothing more. Doing that to me is like playing community softball, and acting like it is an acheivement like you are Albert Pujols. The only reason I have ever got online is to do the glitch to make the money so I can buy the race cars that I want. Since PD took them away from Championship series prizes like in GT4 and gave up crap cars for prizes (for the most part). And since you cant re-race a series and win the racecars againa and then sell them to generate money to buy other race cars.
PD is the one who broke this game. GT3 and GT4 were doable, plenty of different races to enjoy while being able to reasonably gain the various racecars that you wanted.
BTW, congrats on your 'acheivement'. You got to level 40 all on your own. I bet Donald Trump wants to hire you now. You are a proven winner.
