I think your application is alright Niko, but perhaps you could extend it a little more? We, or at least I'd like to know more about how and why his family were killed, why the Mafia know him and why they have a bounty on him. We'd also like to know his personality, perhaps he's more reserved since they were killed? Short tempered? Doesn't trust people easily? These are all just little things that will help out during role play, so it's easier to create dialogue and such.

What's happened:
Sergei has worked hard to get a job and is having a part-time job as streetcleaner. When he is not doing his job, he is attending the Police Academy (kinda like GT Academy but with police cars). But, (un)lucky as he is, he has also become involved in street racing. He's not behind the wheel himself but he's very active in viewing the tricks of the opposition.

Of course! Event starts at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, but sometimes me and the mods make a lobby early to goof around.

Same here. Our rally starts 2 hours before the RP starts, so depending on how long it takes, we might be on time, or we might be a little late.
