So, I don't know how I missed this thread. Wrong time, wrong place it seems, but I'm glad I haven't missed the first issue. This has to be one of the coolest contributions I've come across in these forums (I haven't been around forever, however). This is a great idea and I've always wanted a magazine geared around GT. I wanted something like a magazine or monthly/weekly publishing for the league (site in signature) I admin that are similar to this. What's going on in here though is above me design/skill wise and I'd like to contribute in some way for sure.

I have a couple race series going on that I could write about, spotlighting a driver and/or event but in addition to those I have a monthly challenge of sorts that is in the works. So when I came into this thread I immediately thought of a monthly race I could host for any willing participants (maybe even reserved to an author/contributor showdown...if enough willing) but solely for your ("our") magazine. Each month host a different race/challenge, write up an article that involves the lead-up, the results, and spotlight a driver (the winner) each time.

If this isn't cool or something you want in your magazine, by all means, no hard feelings. This is something that was in my idea book anyway but I'm in if it is though. I'd like to hear your thoughts and/or the rest of the contributors too. Keep up the awesome work guys 👍

Sounds like you have a good idea about what you'd want to write about, which is good! I see no reason why an article of yours wouldn't fit in the next release. 👍

Great! But, I would like to hear from your guys (and you) in here if it would like to be an event held for them so something is written about the guys who bring the magazine to life (if you guys even wana do an onlinen race) or shall I just start a new thread and 'advertise' it being covered in your mag, and take the first come (16) first served approach.

On another note, I don't mean to bombard with this question you're probably getting non-stop, but I don't see anything lately about the release date being changed. Are you still on the Feb.14th timeline....which is today 💡??

No worries mate, the release is indeed scheduled to be sometime today. I really hope I can make it though! I have two more pages + the cover to make....
 
Have you decided on the cover photo yet? I didn't see you announce a 'winner' in the thread over there..

Working on the final touches right now. Will take a taco-break now though 👍

Dont strain yourself. Since this is aimed at GT fans we almost expect a delay :lol:

But yeah, no rush. Thank you so much for the brilliant idea which has now almost come to life :D
 
Ok, thats it, release it now... I can't stand it any longer. I waited about half a year after GT5's original release date but I cant stand a few more minutes!!!!!! :D

Joking ofcourse, take as long as you want... :)
 
I absolutely can not wait.
It must have been really hard work.

Take your time and don't rush it. Many people have said this, we waited 5 years for a game I think we all know what patience is by now.
