VCRC *Alpine A110 1600S ‘73* - CONGRATS Naptown25rs!

It might look easy on the replay but I'm on the edge of my seat for the entire race, constantly afraid of spinning or losing the back end. The key for me is small steering inputs. I haven't spent a lot of time in cars on less than SS tires outside of these few VCRC races and as you know, with SS-RS tires you can horse and throw a car around with little chance of trouble. But on CS tires, even those with FR setups, you can lose the back end with just a slight error, and for me, that usually comes with excessive steering inputs at any point of the corner. So running through my head the entire race is, "don't oversteer, don't oversteer"......and my focus is always on small, precise steering inputs. Try to accelerate only when the wheels are pointed straight or nearly so, try to brake mostly in a straight line, that kind of stuff. And if you have a wheel, rolling on the throttle on corner exit really helps a lot too.
