just to keep you informated , I decided to buy a new Ps3 before I had to buy my 5 or 6th disc reader ! just transfering my data system and hoping everythings gonna be alright 
and I will never miss a race because technical issues.

Racing the Alfa Sprint GTA was great fun!!!
@cbcvabch and I had a great battle swapping 5th and 6th place a number of times in the early part of the race.
And then we had KingKling power past us (after his off) and we got to choke on his exhaust for a few laps.
Having @KingKlingeling disappear in the middle of the race was very disconcerting because it left me without my pit-stop indicator.
Luckily, I had time to read the messages taped to my TV during some of the long straights at Monza.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to just download the PSN version of the game, which I presume wouldn't need a disc reader?

Did these other games suddenly not have features that had been promised by the developer? Maybe your copy of GT6 infected them.

This was my first VCRC race where I didn't lose any positions at the start!
Can't get any closer than this without real contact! (Might have been the tinest tap. )
Tight group up front at the end of lap one.
Tight group behind us as well. @MKAmsterdad , @ChaddingtonB , @bongoplyr and @John Wells line astern.
Always plenty of space in the corners.
Tight at the exits though!
Almost three wide at the approach to Lesmos.
Meanwhile, hey, what happened to the yellow car? Where's @MKAmsterdad gone to?
Oh. Monza's a big and lonely place when you're limping back to the pits.
Love that yellow though.
I lost track of how many times I had to defend at Parabolica.
Conga line through Rettifilio.
Plenty of duelling behind the leaders. @ChaddingtonB and @John Wells go at it.
The laps ticked down, but the battle up front didn't let up...
Nor did the battle in the chase group.
Down to four up front.
Not something you see every day; @KingKlingeling pointed the wrong way.
Close battles were the order of the day.
One little spin's not going to keep Kling down; homing in on @GTsail290 and @cbcvabch .
Close quarters combat is one thing down the straight or on the approach -- but this is the exit of Parabolica!
Which led to three wide down the front straight; that's me in the middle trying to think small thoughts. (It felt a lot, lot closer than it actually was!)
Kling on the charge, which would be alas terminated by technical difficulties.
@BrandonW77 and I finally lost touch with @kcheeb ....
A very, very courteous @John Wells lets the leaders through. 👍
And, @kcheeb takes the checkers!

Yeah, that deep red didn't show up well, especially in the shady bits. What was even harder to capture was kcheeb's super dark midnight blue/purple metallic/pearl (not sure what paint it is exactly). During the race I though his car was black, it wasn't until I watched the replay I realized it wasn't.

Yes. Just painted mine the same Matte Red as my Alfa; I think that will be my official VCRC colour from now on.

My car color looks correct in that picture too. And.......how's come your info says you're 'Murican but you put extra vowels into words??
Have @watermelonpunch give you a tutorial, she takes great photos. My only real advice is to use panning mode 2 or 3 to get good sense of motion, combined with a slowish shutter speed (around 125). 👍

Because reasons, including reading mostly British authors while young and complicated political reasoning involving being NDN and not wanting to follow the 'standards and practices' of my people's conquerors and oppressors. (Not that the British were any better but they were slightly less awful to us.) But above all because I prefer it.
Besides, once I started spelling 'connexion' with an 'x' I could never go back.
Thanks, I'll try playing with the panning mode more. Could never get results with 2 or 3 before, maybe because I was using too high a shutter speed?

I was just jesting btw, I use British terms as often as possible but my spelling is always 'Murican.
You want a slow shutter speed to get that motion blur, but if it's too slow it will be a blurry mess. I usually don't go higher than 125 or sometimes 250 and always use panning 2 or 3. 👍

The purple I use is from one of the Mini's. It's called Black Eye Purple Metallic, had to use it just for the name

Did some hooning in the Isuzu and after visiting several tracks I've decided we're going to visit the Land of the Rising Sun and do 20 laps around Motegi Road Course Full with the Bellett on CS. If nobody is opposed I'd like to do a bit of time change, no darkness but maybe start in the morning and end at dusk.
