Again. There is no such thing as good CoD players, because the game does not require skill. It's not about moving smart, or being smart about your gear. All you need is good muscle reflexes for your fingers, and knowing what weapons have the best stats. Hiding in a corner helps too. Hardly a demanding feat. And don't even get me started on the Single Player...

When all is said and done, the CoD franchise lack any kind of redeeming feature. It's the same **** they release every year, and people continue to be foolish enough to buy it. Sorry for the harsh words, but when people continue to contribute to a more greedy game industry that fails to produce anything of quality, then it really is necessary.

Not trying to be a jerk (though I can see why one might get that impression from this comment), but just look at what the CoD franchise has done to the industry. Look at recent trends in DLC and game releases, and it's pretty damn clear that CoD (as in Activision, Infinity Ward and Treyarc) has played a pivotal role in it.

Actually I don't blame you. I looked at several CoD games and I must say that they are all very similar in style and gameplay.

The very first time I got the internet, took me a few hours, to download the updates for GT3 as well:nervous:

Never yet played a cod game .

Hey just a suggestion for a future vs series how about using the gt86 triplets

Not a bad idea actually. But is there any difference in them?

this looks awesome! I'd love to join in when possible

You shall be most welcome. We're currently in the midst of choosing cars for our next championship.

Beware! Don't play a CoD game because once you've played one that's it; you can't get enough of it :scared: .

Meh? I don't have the Subaru rebadge but at least between the Toyota and the Scion, the only difference is a slight differ in handling and the cockpit is different.

It would also be a good idea to test out the GT86 triplets on a trackday to see if they're any good and close within performance of each other.

I know the original one has softer suspension than the 2nd one to come out. Haven't really used the 3rd one much. Got it though and can easily have a couple of stock/semi-tuned races.

GT86 cars should be a good match, will attend a test session if I can.

BTW I've got some pics from the last race series, had some really close racing:

Why do I find this picture strangely fascinating :odd: ?

Yeah, it's my long lost twin brother :). Or i might have been driving two cars at the same time; two hands, two DS3's...... :) :odd:
What freaks me out even further is that the drivers of both cars have their steering wheels at exactly the same angle and it appears that they are both looking in the same way :odd: :odd: .

I wanna join this online racing, where do i start ?? psn id buck_fast 1

Well first off, welcome to GTPlanet and I hope you will like it here. I also hope that you will like this great racing series; good choice :) . Right now the cars are being decided, and we are in the near future going to have some testing trackdays to decide which cars are going to be next in this racing series. Some cars that are being considered right now are the GT86 triplets (Toyota GT-86, Scion FR-S, Subaru BRZ) and any other suggestions that people on this thread give Jawehawk.

He is a busy guy though, so we might be waiting for a while before the final decision on the cars are chosen.

Yeah yeah, I get the hint! I'll speed up on the car choosing! :)

I'll host a lobby tomorrow evening at 18.00GMT. This time, it'll be 100 % dedicated to finding our next cars. For any newcommers to the Racing Series. Feel free to join in tomorrow and get acquainted with some of the permanent drivers.

I'LL BE THERE!

First event back. :D

Assuming that the GT86 triplets are the cars that we are going to be testing tomorrow.

Yeah of course. But the only way to find out if some cars are going to be any good for us will be a couple of quick races.

I think we have raced the best cars together.

Testing was kind of rubbish today. More people needed to come for it to be interesting. Are there going to be any more testing sessions in the future?

First, a report on tonights testing. Yeah, it was pretty rubbish, with very little useful info comming out of it. My fault though, as I should have prepared a hell of a lot better. Won't repeat that mistake in the future. Sorry for wasting the time of the few who joined.

I might host more Test sessions in the future, but either way, they'll be different and more organised than this one.

Just spent the last two and a half hours testing cars, and I thing we have a winner. Or rather, we have two winners. More info tomorrow, and I might get update the OP tomorrow aswell.

In the meantime, I believe I forgot to ever post any pictures from our Ferrari photo shoot. I only took one. And here it is.
