You'd be a good Formula 1 driver with that attitude.

What about me? I want to have a career in Formula 1 later on in life, or at least have a career in some form of motorsport.

Either he was being inconsistant, or he had more than one accident. He aparently also ran out of fuel at the end. :)

Congratulations to Andy, a professionally run!!! 👍

It was an eventful race. I'll tell you in brief. And sorry for the poor language skills, could make me really strange phrases and words. :)

The early rounds, I experienced an external disturbance, which has deteriorated due to the concentration for a moment. This led to the mistake, which, at least as well as I that we had to pit m8h3r. I'm really sorry m8h3r!! :ouch:

After the pit stop, I was about 45 seconds behind the leader. Before the next stop (about 15 to 17 rounds?) I received a narrowing of about 20 seconds. I started the SH rings, crash after round 4, I changed the SM tires. That is why I got dec Andy a big difference.

In addition I made two big mistakes. Once I broke tires (I hit the wall) and I had to make one extra stop. In addition, I ran out of gas round of 39, and I had to roll along the pit, in which case Allykh made me almost closed.

I made a total of 7 times in the pit, and the gasoline runs out I lost a lot of time rolled slowly to the pits.

Calculator that, if successful, I would have reached the Andy's. But I do not know if I would come over, because Andy was very fast, if necessary.

So next i learned:

1. If I make a mistake (like as round 4), should be run in the side, rather than try to stay on the road. (if close to other cars)

2. Pit tactics need to plan and save the tires. Sm tires lasted only 8-9 rounds, 11-12 rounds Sh tires.

3. Gasoline is required in order to battle it out.

Good win Andy:tup:

Like the table Mister:tup:

The crash at the pit stop was quite funny, wasn't any thing you could do, cause it was blocked.

There was a incident a couple of laps later were, I went for a gap, when Mister ran a little wide. But it wasn't wide enough really and I bumped Mister it to the gravel. I pulled over, to give Mister it back again, but he'd had enough by then.

My race went quite well, I led for a little bit, which was a suprise. But by lap 30 I was getting tired and had a very big crash, damaged the car very badly.

Enjoyed the race though.

Mister next time dont stop, just try to keep going, cause you could have got some points.

Thanks guys. I suspect that I won't be able to win the next one, as Le Sarthe hates my car.

I have no doubt that Jik would've won the race, had he not been involved in several accidents. Simply amazing speed Jik. Though consistency and tire strategy of course plays a big part in endurance races as well. :)

In the end, I think what made the race for me, was starting off with SM tires. Being stuck with the pack while on SH tires is a considerable danger, as you don't quite have the same ability to dodge cars that are out of control.

Not sure of the speed of everyone else on Le Sarthe yet, but Mattie usually destroys me at the Porsche curves.

Ferrari FTW

Don't. I'm shutting it down in a bit, as I'm really not in the mood for racing. Besides, we aren't a whole lot of people today. Only Jik and me atm.

Sorry I didn't realise it was a mid-day race. I just assumed it was a night time session. Sorry :scared:

On a lighter note I am hosting a Motegi DLC race on Thursday. a race on each different layout, Suzuki GSX-R/4 on any sports tyres. Fully tuned. You're all good clean drivers so if you're interested then here is the link:

Good drawing Mister:)

Sorry I didn't turn up for practice Andy, I watching World Superbikes.:dopey:

Do you need the DLC to race because I haven't got it yet M8:sly:

Yeah you do. I doubt it'll go ahead anyway because I've yet to get a response.

I haven't got the car any way M8.:nervous:

Will get it when I have some money also:)

Would maybe like some different tracks first, Silverstone, Assen, Sachsnring.

We haven't had any DLC for ages from PD.

Spa has two pit straights as well, the "old" one at the straight leading to Eau Rouge and the new one is the one we use in GT5.

Is the practice race session that's supposed to be today still happening?

Yeah but they're next to each other. The ones on silverstone are practically opposite sides of the track. You do the pit straight and expect a different corner.

Yup. Just opened the lobby. Room number is 1472-6118-3744-3750-1602.

I'll be there in 20-30 minutes 👍 I really really need practice on Sarthe.

Little heads up folks. We'll only be 7 on friday, as Allykh has to work.
Hope to have as many people in our last Le Sarthe practice session tomorrow, as we did yesterday.

Hmm, 4 days ago my Thursday was triple booked. Yet my event hasn't got a single reply and the event that was being run on motegi was moved to tonight and I had to pull out for a formula 1 race. So it seems I'm stuck with you lot again :dopey: haha I'm just joking. I'll look forward to the practice, and the race. There's nothing better than going to a race with a real feeling that you could win. It's a lot better than going knowing you have no chance what so ever

See you lot next practice 👍

Ive been round Silverstone to on World Superbikes, you have to get use to the track in these areas, the approchs are different.

Im not sure but I think might still use the old start, on the different tracks used there M8

See you all tonigt for the race.
