Any matte blue chips? Can't check the AE paints right now.
I'll check when I can. And it would be a seasonal I missed.I think there was one from the seasonals. And there might be an AE matte blue, but it's not a nice one if I remember correctly.
Oh ok, well I missed it. But that's ok, the deep blue metallic anniversary paint looks good too.It was the 15th Anniversary Seasonal no. 2. And it was Matte Blue.
All paint chip prizes from seasonals can be found in this thread:

GT JAPANESE 002-C is still a little too much for me to use it on a car body but I've already resprayed wheels that I'd previously "chromed." It looks particularly good on wheels whose face remains unfinished or those whose hoops remain chrome.I've yet to do the Tesla ... but here's the other two:-

Mazda Eunos Roadster / MX-5 / Miata Super Lap : GT GUNMETAL 003-W
Sprayed the Mazda MX-5 1.8 RS (NB, J) '98 i used in the seasonal then went back out to see what it looks like ... does vary nicely according to light and shade with a purpley blue tint to it. I like to use gunmetals (and all manner of dark greys) on standard cars with lots of jaggies - makes them less obvious!

Renault Sport Clio R.S. Super Lap : GT JAPANESE 002-C (Chrome)
The Clio sprayed in the chrome !! ... It's quite a dark one and actually doesn't look bad on the car ... Different at least! ... going to be good on wheels tho. 👍
Thanks. ManPhewwwww ... there's a lot of dark blue's to choose from !!! ... but sticking with Metallics to match "Deep Impact Blue" (the new colour on the 2014 ford Focus line up - which replaces Performance Blue from the games' 2013 Focus) then the obvious choice would be: Ford Shelby GT500 '13 : Deep Impact Blue Metallic / White Stripes ... BUT - that's not a useable colour
So ... i plumped for: Tonic Blue Metallic (Honda City Turbo II '83 : Tonic Blue Metallic : Cr. 12,380 : 3 Choices)

Tonic Blue Metallic
The different lighting in either photo doesn't help ... but in the game it looks quite good ... see what you think and maybe other's will have better choices ????
I'm afraid you're probably out of luck. Sepang Bronze is really the best bet because anything darker ends up looking muddy black (especially on wheels with thin spokes such as the BBS LM-R that the one shown resembles. You might try Barriquerot Metallic from the M5 or Marrone Dino Met. from, you guessed it, the Ferrari Dino...neither car is cheap but choices are limited. Tunisian Tan Metallic from the Cuda 440 6 Pack may also come close. Good luck.Any good brown color for rims? Those from cheaper cars are preferred. The color is like this:
I tried Sepang Bronze, Silica Breath, and Millennium Jade; all of them look terrible.

Any chips that match or come close to the Volvo Polestar Blue color?
The coolest colour in the game I think can be found on an old Mini Cooper if this is helpful. Hawaiian Blue Metallic. Beautiful! I had a fleet of 350GT's and Corvette Coupes in GT5. I had to keep buying the bloody minis to keep supplies up!
Hmmmmm ... only 3 real choices that i know of ... none of which are perfect:-
GT FLUORESCENCE 001-C ... From the High End Performance G37 Seasonal
Lancia Stratos '73 : Azzurro : Cr. 375,000 : 5 Paint Choices
Triumph Spitfire : French Blue : Cr. 17,200 : 10 Paint Choices
... All are pale blue solids.
The only other choices are:-
Lotus Elan S1 '62 : French Blue : Cr.57,100 : 8 Choices OR:-
Lotus Europa S.2 '68 : French Blue : Cr. 30,000 : 9 Choices
Jaguar XKR-S '11 : French Racing Blue : Cr. 175,000 : 16 Choices
... But these are further away i reckon
Many thanks for your reply. I'm guessing the G37 Seasonal is history so I can't explore that. I'll definitely check the other two out though.
When I was gifted the Jaguar ingame I brought it in French Racing Blue and that's what got me thinking about the Polestar color. It's a nice color from the Jaguar but in my eyes it's a bit pale also.
BROWN Metalic is a pretty sweet paint chip
Just wanted to say that I found it, it's available on the Tesla Model S.Sorry its actually called "METALIC Brown", I dont think the photos quite do it justice, Also didnt realise headlights can light up another car in phototravel as i have done in the gtr photo
Has anyone found pale/pastel pinks similar to the old Coral of Buicks/Caddys/Chevys?
Try Arancio Atlas (Lamborghini LP640-4) and Azurro Dino or Yas Marina Blue (Ferrari Dino and BMW M4)So far the best Orange i've found is Vitamin C from the Plymouth AAR Cuda 340 Six Barrel '70 (Cr. 110,000 : 25 (!!) Other Choices) ... but i think the original is even deeper than that! ... I've sprayed an NSX in Fresh Blue & painted the wheels in Orange Metallic (Source: Toyota 86 GT '12) ... that looked good but not quiet correct for Gulf colours ... maybe i'll try the Vitamin C on some wheels ..................

Here we go .... The GT '05 is in Fresh Blue and the (RAYS TE37) Wheels are in Vitamin C ... The combination compares quite well with fotos of the original 60's Gulf colours. Meanwhile i'm still saving up Cr. 20,000,000 to buy the '69 GT40 Race Car !!!
You could give hugger orange a try, off of some of the old chevy muscle cars.Requesting again!
With the lack of a legendary color for my Mustang Boss, has anyone found something of a Grabber Orange?
My current Boss (stock and all), is using Electric Orange, from Ford Focus ST '06. It's nice, but it needs a little yellow.
Also, a red mimicking the unpaintable, unchippable Alfa Romeo TZ3 Zagato Stradale.
