Wed 20:30-21:30 UK Time - CLOSED - Suspended until further noticePS4

Just a heads up.

If you start the PS with the pad hours before the race and then plug the wheel at some point and don’t switch on the pad again, then the PS doesn’t detect any inputs and eventually will trigger the automated switch off.

If this happens in the middle of a race, your only option is to switch on the pad, bringing a blue screen and temporarily disconnecting the wheel. In my case it turned violently towards the right.

I had random button issue during race in Sics lobby few months ago, crashed and left wheels upside, retired to pits aswell. since that I always have Reset to track button maped :) It is allowed in situations like this only.

Very sorry @Alex ONeill, seems I have stolen your win. That should never happen :(. I run wide in the first corner, hited wall, spined and moved back to track, I couldn't do anything.

Also my apologies to @joedakiss, seemed you was going to pass John, I was right behind but while accelerating sudenly you taped brakes and there weren't chances for me to aboid contact.

Sorry guys, probably worst race for me

No hard feelings.

No worries @Napalm_LT, I pulled out of the overtake because it looked like John's car might squirm into my path under the crazy acceleration and after last week I was a bit paranoid about shunting anyone!

Loved this car/track combo – the high-speed corners out the back are epic with all that power+aero. Towards the end I really felt (cliché alert) at one with the car. On the last lap I had my own version of Senna's 'out of body experience' at Monaco in 1988 in his MP4/4 McLaren, knocking 2secs off my PB and coming within 0.01 of @Friday_GTRP's best lap. As you guys will know, that kind of pace is unheard of from me! So despite finishing mid-field, I spent the evening quite happy with my little tribute to the legendary Brazilian.

Well, until my pedals started playing up again :banghead: I had to give them a spray before the race too, which is why I was late for practice. This is getting a bit silly now...

Anyway, congrats Friday/Lancer/Rich and unlucky Alex, you had crazy pace out there. Looking forward to the final round!

I didn't have such a good race!

The first two laps were OK. I'd managed to avoid the few spun cars, gaining quite a few places, and I was following Andreas but then for some reason my grip seems to lessen. The back end in particular became quite loose. It caused an off track moment and I hit the barriers resulting in suspension damage. I crawled/crabbed around to the pits and spent a long time getting it repaired (getting lapped). Here's the clincher, on exiting the pits I didn't realise that my steering hadn't straightened so when manual control was returned my car then veered into the pit exit wall damaging the suspension again that I'd just spent ages repairing. I was slightly annoyed! The next lap with cold tyres, a damaged car and a grumpy driver didn't end well. I thought I'd better get out of the way and retire.

It was a strange race to spectate. With all the various crashes and pit visits most cars ended up on different laps. It was like watching a NASCAR race in that I wasn't sure who was actually overtaking for position or un-lapping/lapping.

Well done to those who didn't disturb their pit crew. :)

My race was the same If, started well, then just got worse. Got damage twice, pitted repair, took along time. Then damage for a third time so decided to retire.:guilty:

I think the lag set me into the wall.

Had a bad qualy, last flying lap was .5 sec under my time when i binned it. Start of the race car felt different and made a few mistakes which put me 5 - 6 sec behind @Alex ONeill .
Altered my driving a bit and came into a good rhythm, when i closed whithin a second i saw the crash right in front of me, managed to get by safely.

The car is absolutely a beast and the closing speed i had with some, coupled with the narrow track, i had my share of breathtaking moments :)
