My likely picks for each event:

Japanese FR Challenge 450: Nissan Sileighty

European FR Challenge 550: Mercedes-Benz 190E Evo II (With an engine swap, too - albeit with some tinkering with the settings to get it much closer to 550 PP.)

Special Event: Mazda Roadster (NA) (Though I do wonder if there are any regulations? Maybe I could use one that has the 13B swapped into it.)

Ferrari Circuit Challenge: Ferrari LaFerrari

WTC 700: Ford Mustang Gr.4

Yep, that'll do nicely! I've got an old AE86 that's tuned to about 600PP which I'll detune slightly and give a new livery that will easily crush at Lago Maggiore. I'm wondering if the M3 with some SS tyres will easily conquer at DTG... Roadster TC will be easy, especially if I opt for the 787B-swapped version. Enzo at DTS will be fun; the biggest question is do I take the Giallo Modena, Argento Nurburgring, Bianco, or Rosso Corsa one? My 911 GT1 Strassenversion is tuned to 700PP so should easily compete at Brands Hatch, and I haven't driven it in what feels like forever.

Jumped straight into the Roadster Autopolis race this morning, to get it out of the way first. Despite my misgivings about the circuit, it was an enjoyable drive. That's 'drive' as opposed to 'race'; the Praiano-tuned Roadster TC was a dominant performer, meaning I had the last two laps to myself. This car and circuit are a good match, and that was a quick and easy 180k credits (with CRB).

I guess for the statistic junkies, how many times have we had races in the same region? I recall the two Grand Valley races in the same week. Can’t think of any others off the top of my head. Might have to look back at previous races.

Fun week, first few races were pretty easy but still nice to drive some slower road cars and I really enjoy that layout of Maggiore. The Roadster one make still has the issues I had with it before, but my 13B swapped MX-5 was a lot of fun to drive and much closer to them on pace. For the Ferrari race I used the F430 Scuderia which proved to be quite a challenge as I only won by like 5 seconds running 1:49s pretty much all race, absolutely love that track so whatever I'm driving there is always good. WTC 700 I ended up running the VW GTI Supersport VGT which was way overpowered as I won by over 40 seconds, however it was really fun to drive at that circuit, seemed to be the perfect combination.

Three cars came with Nagano's randomizer, the Volvo and the Roadster have been my choice. Really curious how the 240 competes ...

@Lomic

Was that necessary ? Seeing this guy makes me wanna v ....
The Volvo 240 is not bad at 550pp. Fun quirky handling stock, but sloooooooow before (and after) upgrading the engine. Be prepared for oversteer. Fun Note: the racing exhaust gives you side pipes - the surround effect was so heavy-handed that I thought one side of my headphones was failing.

Fair point on Orange Man - can we please banish him to Eiger Reverse and/or the Shadow Realm?

Nakano's creation has spoken. As I said, I re rolled the Ferrari F12 which once again was the given car for the FCC, and got the 458 Italia. 4 less cylinders, gonna be fun anyways. Never driven before both the S-FR and the Mondial, will be interesting.

Clear the weeklies today .
Most interesting race and profitable also is the MX5 one .
Another good race but not profitable is the Ferrari challenge at least with my swapped F40 .

More info at weekend cause need time to prepare for Titans class event.

Done 4/5 races so far, difficulty: hard/professional

These 4 I went with the “stock” car approach.

Japanese FR: 2nd place

Gold S14 was just too quick in the straights to beat

Euro FR: 1st place
IMG_6240.jpeg

Used the suggested car and it won by 4seconds

Ferrari Challenge: 3rd place
IMG_6242.jpeg

With chase the rabbit here the lead cars are just too far ahead for a stock F50 and my driving

WTC700: 2nd place

Thought I’d try the lowest PP Gr.4 car on RH, FM1 and short shifting to pit on lap 9 for a splash and dash.

Might retry this on RM and pit sooner without short shifting

After a tough 2 h session at my dentist in the morning I took this day off ... and went racing. Didn't feel too well and it's been a bit difficult concentrating at times, but I'm through as a five time winner. Needed second attempts at two events for the clean race bonus ... but all in all the races weren't that hard this week.

Race 1
Nissan Fairlady Z 432, stock with added SH tires / race exhaust and manifold / 460 PP
