Nope, just a handful of cashew nuts, walnuts and raisin. I had two slices of bread with slices of turkey on it.

For lunch I had spaghetti with home made spaghetti sauce and shredded emmentaler cheese.

After that, nothing anymore because I went to visit my father in the hospital. It's a one hour drive and one hour drive back.

I'm eating a mixture of raisin, nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, fruit juices, kefir and honey right now.

Damn you, Omnis!

Really? You have to post more detailed pictures even after Omnis made us hungry? I need to go to the nearest Wendy's. I think there is one a few miles away!

That's actually called "Laugensemmel" (dunno the English term, sorry)...same dough as a pretzel but not the same. :D

Dinner tonight was Beef and Beef Chorizo Burger Patty with Whipped Potatoes and Chili. Banana Pudding for dessert.

Had a tuna sandwich. Gonna have some cookies in a little bit while I sit down and watch Halloween.

@Solid Lifters. What time did you have dinner? I wonder if you're able to sleep well after such a meal. I think I couldn't.
We eat pretty early. Which is around 4-5PM. After the Booger Machines come home from school, before they go to water polo practice or games. Sometimes, we eat later, but that's not that often. Only when Big Booger has a game at school right after the school day is over.

I usually don't eat after dinner, but might have a light snack. I try to keep it under 1,700 calories a day. But, I often go over that and then balance it out throughout the week. I only post the good stuff. I eat a lot more salads and veggies then you think.

Booger Machines; is an euphemism for children? 4-5pm is a normal dinner hour. I must admit that the good stuff you post, looks delicious.

I'm having home made chervil (with rice) soup. Mixed some chia seeds with my soup.

Yes, the Booger Machines are my boys, Big Booger and Little Booger. :)

I start dinner as soon as they're home and agree on something for dinner. So, we eat sometimes 3:45PM, but more often at 4:00-4:30PM.

Dinner was a leftover beef chorizo patty and whipped potatoes with kidney beans. Leftover banana pudding for dessert.

I'm eating an orange at the moment. Listen carefully and you'll hear me shew(ing).

Is it: "you can hear me shew" or "you can hear me chewing" shewing.

Somebody decided to spill all the leftover kidney beans on the floor, so I had the leftovers I didn't eat yesterday with white beans.

Lifters, how much cheese do you get through in a week?

Chicken and bacon tortellini with young leaf and beetroot salad, and garlic bread, with a pint of Hobgoblin and double chocolate cheesecake to finish.

Went to Red Cow tonight. Had a brisket sandwich and sweet potato grits (shown below)... DOOOOOOOOODS! Probably the best bbq I've had in Florida.

Isn't it obvious! LOL A lot!

Too bad the Booger Machines don't like REAL cheese. They only like Velveeta or Kraft Singles, which isn't real cheese.
I only buy a little bit of the good stuff for my sandwich. Since they'll eat the stuff.

It is a shame, that plastic stuff has as much resemblance to cheese as my feet do. In England, as I bet you do in the States, we have such a massive variety of cheeses, all with their own unique flavour. Gotta say though, the stronger the better for me.

Probably going to have tomato soup, rice, fillet of turkey and sweet and sour sauce.
