Doritos JACKED(Test Flavor #404) and drinking some Lagunitas Cappuccino Stout.

also, had what i call a manly salad:

an entire cubed Porterhouse steak, 2 whole cubed tomatoes, 1.5 heads of lettuce, shredded, a gravy/dressing made from the pan drippins' from the steak, plus 1/4 of cheddar cubes, along with some unflavored doritos crumbled in.

no i didn't eat the whole thing. yes, there is some left. and yes, i will sell some to you for the low, low price of $14.95!
 
Movies then dinner. Slater's 50/50. We had the Jalapeno Bacon Mac and Cheese and Bacon Poutine Fries for appetizers and I had the Supreme Nacho Cheeseburger. It's a cheeseburger served like a chimichanga. Dessert was a Graceland shake and a bacon chocolate brownie. I think I'm going to explode. Oh, I had a Bear Rebuplic Racer 5 beer and it was awesome. Sorry for the horrible pics. The girlfriend took them on her phone. She sucks at taking pictures, as you can see. LOL

I'm not wearing nearly enough plaid, nor am I equipped with black-rimmed glasses, and my facial hair game isn't even at exhibition level, but I'm eating kale chips right now. They're... very strange. Chili/ranch flavour doesn't help any.

Why the bout of healthiness?

I took today off after consuming three in three hours yesterday (and two were free). In order:

  • Whipporwill: Ground prime on a warm buttered bun topped with bacon, broccoli, mustard, and beer cheese. - This was served without mustard, but absolutely delicious. Gooey goodness, and the bun really set it off.
  • The Emerson: Pepper jack and jalapeño–stuffed beef burger with zucchini relish on a sesame seed bun. - I didn't like this quite as much. A bigger burger, but not a better burger.
  • Toma Burger Addiction: The Wild Life: Angus prime rib, truffle mayo, cremini mushroom, double-smoked bacon, Swiss cheese, arugula, and balsamic glaze on a brioche bun. - Chintzy ingredients (five or six slivers of mushroom, one lone bacon slice), but as it was free, I suppose I can't complain. Best quality meat of the bunch. The biggest of the trio, washed down with a cookie dough milkshake.

Walked home, popped by work and had a shot of Fernet to calm the inevitable Burgapolypse, and an oyster because why not.
 
Raided the cabinet, dumped stuff together, shook vigorously, result ain't half bad.

Had some yummy roast been sandwiches over the weekend. This is one of them.

This is my spin on "Stuffed Spinach Chicken". Basically a big stuffed pie. Ground turkey, fresh spinach, portabella mushrooms, bell pepper, rice, bacon and velveeta cheese. Covered with aluminum foil and cooked 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Enough for at least 6-7 meals. Turned out delicious!
