There are so many preservatives in all that food that he is now permanently preserved.

Or he makes a lot of the stuff himself, so it isn't nearly as unhealthy as store-bought.

I rarely post here, though I often lurk. Also I rarely take pics of my food, mainly only when I cook something new or a bit more fancy
So I give you what I tried in the last weeks:

Mini Burgers on low carb bread with a mustard creme sauce, Tomato sauce, cheese, onions and bacon:

One of my favorites dishes since I first made them:
Veggi Burritos:
Veggi "Meat" + Fried Rice + Fried Beans + garlic sourcream sauce + Tomatos + Taco Sauce Red + Cheddar Cheese + Ananas

Great now I'm hungry again, as always in this thread

I like that ! Oldschool 👍

The last thing I had was Pepperoni Cheese Bread from Little Caesars (I'm addicted to them) - and a spicy Hot Dog with hot links and tons of horseradish - fresh spinach on the side (without anything on it - it's the only vegetable I can eat without adding anything to it - love the taste of spinach).

My birds want their bread back.

The last thing I had to eat, just finished eating, before going to work: Pepperoni Cheese Bread

I didn't eat it alone - I invited some to my family before I ate myself, I was left over with 4 slices

You wouldn't believe how staple a food pizza is over here in Toronto - especially pepperoni. People, especially school-going folk, pretty much eat it everyday without getting sick of it. I, myself, can't have it more than twice a week - unless it's different toppings.
You'll find at least one food outlet (if not more) at almost every intersection that sells slices of pizza.
Right now the PizzaPizza at the nearest intersection is having a deal - two large slices for $5.00 Cdn.
And, yes, I've seen most teens scoff two slices - that's half a large pizza.

Remember a few days ago I said I was feeling blue about breakfast (due to the sudden lack of bacon and eggs)?
Well, now I'm seeing red:

Pineapple yogurt, raspberries, and bees honey.
Healthy. And extremely stressful.
I'm going to be hunting pig one of these days, darn it. :irked:

I finally finished up the food I showed pictures of in post 11779. I made it last Saturday so that worked out really well to last for about 6 meals. Not sure what I am going to make or eat this weekend. Probably more roast beef sandwiches for sure. Maybe even some steak. :D Which reminds me, I forgot shrimp for the steak.

Homemade pulled pork barbecue sandwiches.

I made everything but the buns, including the pickles you can't see under the bun. The house smelled delicious after nine hours of slow-cooked barbecue pork. And, there is more sodium in the buns than the pulled pork.

Last night, the kids and I shared a Famous Dave's Feast for Two.

I haven't have Famous Dave's in quite a while. But I fear I'm not going out for awhile. Instead, dinner tonight is going to be sausages marinated in Famous Dave's Devil Spit Sauce. Thanks for the idea, TB.

There used to be two Famous Dave's around Pittsburgh, but they both closed down within a year or so. Shame because it is one of my favorite restaurants. :indiff:

Trying swordfish steaks for the first time tonight, with some spicy pico de gallo and some pasta salad.

Was hoping to grill the swordfish, but it looks like rain any minute now.
