What cars from GT5 should absolutely stay in GT6

I'm with the "all of them" bunch, though if the Standards do return, they really should get a face lift to bring them into parity with the Premiums. Standard tracks too, which may be returning in GT6 because a Premium location like Rome can take two man-years to make.

But as for cars that have to return every game, I would say that iconic rides that define the series should. Cars like the '99 Raybrig NSX JGTC for instance, with its nifty chameleon blue/violet and gray livery. The Pescarolo LMPs... well, in fact I want all the racers from every game to make it into GT6. Street cars, all of them, and make sure to include the more obscure makes and prototypes, like the Ouillan Spirra and Mitsubishi HSR II concept.

I'm kind of torn over the Red Bull X cars, since that was the product of a partnership between PD and Red Bull's racing engineer Adrain Newey. I don't care for the car, but this one is special just because of that.

Well.............. I hope so too, but this is highly dependent on hiring more car modelers, track modelers also. Consider cars with that detail that have to have internal components built for damage modeling. I am counting on there being at least 500 cars in GT6, plus any returning Standards.

I can make a Rome with a better poly count and textures in one week if I worked on it 9 hours a day.

All the premium cars should stay and do a rethink of the standard cars to make for new premiums. I'd like to delete the Escudo and replace with the Toyota by Rod Millen or the Audi S1 Pikes Peak.

All with the exception of the regional duplicates and identical year after year models. (i.e Just one of each MX-5/Miata/Eunos and one of the Civic SIR's from the 90's rather than the idenical 91,93,95 models).

So 63 hours is all it'd take you? Alright, go ahead. Good luck even getting the trip and principal photography out of the way.

At which point should they stop carrying over the standards then?
Standards need to be removed or upgraded to premium for GT6. Would be so insulting and pathetic to see standards show up again in GT6. Still laughable that the word "standard" had to be created to describe a car in a racing game.

Quite, especially when the "premium" models were actually standard, for the PS3. The standards in GT5 should really have been called sub-standard, it'd have been a better description.

Here's what I would like to see in gt6:

Actual Porsche cars. I am not a porsche fan but I get tired of seeing the RUF look alikes.
More italian sports cars and hypercars> I was thrilled when lamborghini and ferrari were featured in gt5! I would like to see more.

I would also like to see the kinds of cars they feature on Top Gear. For example, The Koenigsegg, Atom x, that mexican super car. I guess you could also say all the really fast cars you see in Need for Speed.

Features I would like to see in gt6:
NOS!!! I loved it in gt4. Tweaking the le mans race cars to do wheelies at 570km/h+
The big oval track, boring as it may be, it was the best place to test top speed.
A bunch of the city tracks that were in gt4
Finally - options to kit out cars. Not quite as in depth as need for speed, but some decals, body kits etc would be awesome

Wrong thread for new requests.

This thread should be locked since all GT5 cars are confirmed to return, nullifying the point of it.

Seriously man...you've been blabbling on about your wonderful modelling skills for...I don't know, three weeks? Yet you don't show anything. I guess you're also the Sultan of Agraba?

This is an old bumped thread and that post is from April but don't you remember? He posted a (supposed) headlight case with no textures. What more proof do you want that he can therefore model Rome in three weeks? :P

Didn't see that it was already that old. Yeah I saw that. Laughed my ass off about that one!:sly:

I would like to get T-Ford back from GT4 - and available for racing. I would be happy if similar cars from 10's, 20's and 30's added in GT6 too.

Wrong thread, and how on earth can you race the Model-Ts? They had a top speed of 45mph.

While we're at it, I'd love to see bumpercars on the Nurb.

Since my liver will already be donated I'd give my kidney for it!

Kaz, make it happen, I know you want to:sly:

I would like all the past cars from all Gran Turismo games, plus some new ones. The more the better, I don't care if most are standard cars and not premium.

You could not race them in GT4 only because it did not let you race them and the Model T there I think was a bit slower than 45mph

In any case why would you think you couldn't race a car that has a top speed of 45 mph? You simply need to race against comparable cars. Granted it would be a bit boring running 2 laps around Nurburgring but on some of the shorter tighter tracks it could be interesting. I would surely do it if there was an option to do so :)
