I changed from Fish to Windmills, slightly longer but 60K instead of 45K per run. I still can't do more than 3 to 5 at a time, mind numbing... Yet my 8 hour endurance on N24 yesterday against pro AI netted me a whole 88K
If you're looking for a fun ride that pays decent, grab a ZR1 '19 for Trial Mtn Cup, set to 930ish HP,RS,full downforce , set top speed to 440kph, run it like a 4 speed, only need 5th for long double tunnel, can run both at 3:40 or better, 7:20 total plus 45 second turnaround,8:05, 7 runs under an hour/700k:cheers:

Today was it , switched off all the assists apart from ABS Weak / TCS 1 , everyting else off .

Decided to tackle the under a min challange at Chewbacca Japan also known as Tsukuba Circuit using the yellow B'stard 930 .

Tried confort softs , holy **** this is fun but not very quick .

Tried Sports Hard a bit better but a bit twitchy

Tried Sports Soft yer ok but nah still need more

Finally Racing Hard , holy **** Pt II , managed it and it's way more fun than I imangined driving this thing .

Ok lets be really silly and do a lap of the Green Hell , 8.21 on Sports Softs .

Oh and 7.06 on Racing Softs , so more practise needed , but now that's it not going back and this felt way better than I thought it would .

Revisited the Nur Porsche 650PP challenge. Originally got 3rd in the 911 GT RS, then did some mods and tuning, and got 2nd. Having to run SM tires to keep under the PP, the car is a handful to control (especially since it rained during); honestly, it's not even fun. Got sick of dumping money and tuning time into the thing and bought the Carrera Gr4 car, which comes in at 649.2 PP. Was going to buy it anyway so just said to hell with it.

Went back to the race and won the first time out.

I tried Windmill but I hate the jumps there.
I've found that if I let off the gas a second or more before Rally jumps, my car / truck almost always lands good, and pointed the right way.

Anyhow, did nothing but time trials on Deep Forest with my fave sports cars and Miata roadster so far. Currently working on a fairly big post for the wishlist thread.

83% of the trophies completed. Most recent ones I completed were Speed Archdemon, Wheely Good Fun, Firm Favorite, and Going the Distance Together: The Autobahn, all today

Organized my garage for 2 player battle. Followed a couple people. Bought 2 of the '70 GTRs from the LCD. One for tuning, one for stock.

I tried Windmill but I hate the jumps there. The one just right before the finish line almost always send me to the wall.
Yeah, got to take it slowly. Same for the fish jumps. The physics are terrible and the AI keeps ramming me, but it's still the fastest way to get credits in this pile of 💩 called a campaign.

But it did help me discover the pit lane like others, I didn't even know there was one

Grinding.... Grinding alot for the last 6 days! Not driving myself, as my DD1 is out for repair at Fanatec, so good moment to let the game grind 24/7 a day for alot of credits :D

I really hope they come back strong with suitable rewards for custom races. That would be a perfect combination of fun and rewards..

If they just had kept the miles store open in GT7 that would have helped a lot.

Today I finished the AMG cafe menu, used the 997 from Porsche cup buffed up to 678pp,

Then went to gold all missions in Gone with the Wind, that Ferrari fxx k evo thing is a wheel spinning nut in the first 3 gears

Cafe book's 33 (finally), 34 and 35 done!

Edit 1: Tried to enter the 2000 North American Manufacture's race but received yet another "unexpected error" and booted again. This is getting old.

Edit 2: Made it into the 2200 NA Manufacture's race, started 2nd - finished 3rd (with FASTEST LAP honors). Not a bad clean race!

I did a ton of practice in time trial on Maggiore (Center layout) with the Gr3 911 and bop settings. I want to get good at it so I can use it as a test track.

I did some of the separate WTC600 events after I noticed I could use the racing kart in it. Won spa and Nürburgring, got second on Tokio because of the lack of top speed.

Did the 30 lap Tsukuba mission last night in my E92 M3 with sport medium tires and it was pretty fun actually. AI cars pit twice, I managed the fuel so only had to pit once. Easy win and sliding around in the rain on SM tires was a blast.

Just tried to use the Super Formula with my lovely Formula Buckeyes livery in the 24 Minutes of Daytona mission. Things were going rather well and I was confident my strategy was working and I could win.

It doesn't have headlights.

Edit: Which reminds me, NASCAR is going to run a car in Garage 56 next year and they don't have headlights either.

@R1600Turbo I did that race in an R8 on SH tires and it was pretty fun as well. Very controllable slides and on max lean it was an easy one-stopper.

What's the top speed of the kart on the straight? And does it have headlights (or a headlamp on the helmet )
Endurance racing in a kart is something I haven't done yet. :dopey:
Although I read you can't re-fuel it?

Same as most days. Ground the world gt series and the euro series. Wet race in euro is so much fun in the Radical. My goal at the moment is to get all the gt3 cars. Hoping more pro tuned cars come out too. Bought the pre built drift car yesterday and it’s a hoot. Almost at 100 cars now.

I did Tsukuba laps with various cars.
Always felt this track is especially difficult with the controller, but in GT7 i got no chance (so far). Oldskool player, using pad with directional buttons.

Got slightly annoyed at the number of cars sitting in my garage with 0 miles on them, so I ended up doing a bunch of custom races with them just to get something on the odometer. In the process I ended up making a shortlist of 8 cars that I liked enough to work on further to use in the one-off events in the future.

I got obsessed with the little 208. I did the Euro championship a few times with with the car and tuned on it until I hit the top of the PP mark for the event. At 600PP I have a little investment in her now but the end result is super fun to drive. It's a blast to fly past the big AMG's in the corners or outbreak them on the Monza front straight.
I bought the Ferrari's so my wallet took a pretty big hit with those purchases. They did bring me to collector level 39 almost 40. The GTO was a big level boost it was about a full level on its own. I think that leaves me 2 Ferrari's left to collect the FXX K and the Deno. I would have the FXX but the server outage burned my invite to buy the car. :banghead:
On a semi related side note I got locking casters for my office chair so I stop pulling the wheel off the desk trying to leverage the break peddle. I had to replace my G29 because I wore out the steering axis driving this way. The wheel became loose and floppy because I would put so much pressure on it trying not to scoot my chair around under hard breaking.
