As the tyres won't be worn, I've run with soft.
Pit as required for fuel (this German lady is thirsty but also very fast)
Feels like a slow, heavy boat to me, how did you bring her down to the required pp?

I spend ..... 🤐😶‍🌫️🤐🥴 16 millions .
Two Fords and the Ferrari ....😵‍💫
I can open ford and Alpine menu now but ill leave it for another day , week or whatever.
Don't wanna spend anything now to buy the rest from brand central.
Damn , must change oil to my R92CP and put it to work overtime at La Sarthe.
Tomorrow ill open the week's tickets.
Not high hopes but what the faq ( from french aquaplaning) ,men don't cry 😭

Took my XJ220 LM replica to Spa. Not too shabby.

Then did this for fun:

This car may look like a heavy boat but it's an AMG...
Well, I can agree. It was an easy win indeed, no matter how heavy it is. so, I gotta say thank you, I haven't touched these races in forever, still many left to gold!

Only to get a 3-star daily ticket that gave me 5k credits. Of course. Hrmf

Yeah, happy to help :)
Glad you've golded this race.

On the Plus account, I bought the elder Alfa Giulia to bring the missing car count down to 18 (worth an even 173,000,000 Cr., or over 105 hours of grinding at Sarthe). I got a half hour of that out of the way with my continued re-testing of the Gr.4 cars. The Porsche Cayman is still a quick beast, with the last lap of 4:18.2 being the fastest. The rear tires wouldn't have lasted 8 dry laps though, and the fuel doesn't quite last 4 at that pace.

The good news, I didn't get a 3-star Wheel of Despair. The not-so-good - the 4-star Wheel of Despair stopped short of the engine and gave me the shaft (literally, the racing crankshaft for the 2017 Nissan GT-R NISMO).

On the GTP account, I tried for a 1-stop race with the Cayman set to FM 2. The weather almost cooperated, waiting until the middle of lap 4 to give a downpour. I spun twice on that lap coming to the pits for full-wet tires. I almost threw it away by coming back down for RH tires on lap 6, but Portilla couldn't quite make it the third, dry lap on intermediates. Still, had I done a better tire strategy, it would have been an easier win as I only was losing 1-2 seconds a lap compared to going full out.

Naturally, I got the 3-star Wheel of Despair, and naturally it gave me the lowest-possible 5,000 Cr. Never change, PD, never change.

Run 3 races at la Sarthe with my R92CP to recover a bit from the 16 millions " loss " yesterday.
The weather was kind in one race and broke the 4.00 min. barrier getting in to 3.59s always on FM6.
The race steward never forget to give me that small " bonuses" of 0.500 penalties when am pushing for best lap , we are in very close relationship 💞 when it comes to the matter of white lines ....... especially those ones that are inside of the kerbs .
Anyway,i get use to it and hope someday to get his retirement and track limits reveal.
In a few ill start a run for the daily work and I'll open the tickets of the week.
Its my day off and and i can recover from any upset the wheel can bring.

Time to wear my swimming suit and dive to France.....

Yes, you have a penalty because you drive outside the track.
To avoid this, you have 2 options:
  • keep at last 2 wheels on the vibrators (not sure about the translation here)
  • if you are too fast/too away from the path, just release the accelerator until the car come back on the right path

Am already aware of that , since i get every penalty that exist in that race .
I don't say that isn't fair the most of them but sometimes doing the exact same pass with two wheels inside the white lines you may get one or not , the not applies to the cruising speeds mostly.

My philosophy about this race are the following.

Life is a beach and am wearing my raincoat ......

What penalize me , make me stronger...

Am not afraid of heavy rain, i always carry my flippers with me....

These penalties are not really an issue because it doesnt impact the CRB. It's just boring when you try to make a top time.
When I have a penalty (it happen, even if I don't drive like a Greek ;)), I take it like a non event.

That means you're " broke" now ?

Damn i hope in a few weeks to stop dealing only with griding and just buying cars, i have left everything behind 🥴 am 3% at track experience and that was before reach the 39 menu 🤕

I don't know if I'm broke with 400+ cars. But compare to billionaires like @Chikane_GTR yes, I live under the poverty line 🤣
If my calculations are ok, I need to make more than 240 millions to complete the car collection... :indiff:

All menus are completed, track experiences at 100% (some tracks are completly golded) and still missing few missions (I gave up with drifts and cones, too boring).
Still 2 driving licences in bronze (S-7 and S-10) and some in silver (IA-10 and in S) but I'll do that later.

Silver with and ok margin in Redbull TT for 1 million credits. Don't think I will bother with gold for now.
Golded Deep forest Circuit Expirience for 1 million credits.
10 K from the 3 star ticket.

I think tomorrow it will eather be Olympic TT to make sure I have a better margin for silver, or else I will do the last menu 39. So I can open up the grind races.

I spent the last 98.9 miles attacking the RBR and Fuji TT’s.

Let me tell ya,
NEVER QUIT AFTER THE FINISH LINE!
Finish the straight.
I know I will from now on because I just ran a 1:40.6xx at Fuji and it didn’t register.
Luckily I have a gold 1:41.590 already.
I’m gonna continue on and get a safe Fuji time despite the disheartening slip of events.

As for RBR, I have a gold 1:40.319 that I think will hold so I’ll be retiring this one.

The 1-Star roulette paid 10,000cr.
At this the point the game is just pretending I have good luck, low stars with a ((high)) payout lol.

I might continue tonight’s session.
Chuck VR on to take the bad taste from my mouth perhaps :P

I grinded credits at the Hyper Parade race at Monza, the Japanese race at Grand Valley, and the Ferrari challenge at Barcelona and Dragon trail-Seaside. Got a total of 600k credits. Then I earned all gold in the Drag races in the Missions section of the game.

5. Raced in Le Mans x2 and Spa ;) I've tested Mrs CLK GTR in Le Mans and this German beauty doesnt need to pit for fuel with FM5 (for tires, it depends on the weather but with RH, no problem for 7 laps).

6. Bought 5 more Japanese cars (6 more to complete the Asian part)

Collection cars:
  • Owned: 405 / 464
  • Need to make Cr. 247 145 000 to buy the 59 others cars 🤣 (I don't imagine racing 300 times on Le Mans....)

I did enough grinding to buy another GT40 mkI to keep stock since I put a wide body on my first one. Then I noticed that the ‘95 McLaren F1 GTR is coming up in the LCD rotation and I want to buy 2 more so back to the grind. I’m just below 5 million credits and since the price of that car is likely to increase so I’m going to need 20 million more, but I can manage that before it sells out. I got a 4-star ticket that gave me a Mazda Atenza Gr. 3 road car that I already had for one day and a 6-star (parts) ticket that gave me a stage 5 weight reduction for the Porsche Taycan Turbo S.

How many collector points does it say you have when you buy a car? I’m approaching 650,000 and I got the game in early January. I’m guessing you’re closer to a million or more…
