What is the hardest track in the game?

I love that track

I was just playing GT4 and did a TT on it with a tuned FD.

Me too man. The other one I love and miss the most is Costa di Amalfi. Such a beautiful track. So much fun to drive. We need more tracks like that. I love rally racing tracks like that, tarmac rally tracks are always fun. If only we could get Targa Florio. It'll never happen though, PD won't want to model a 45 mile track

If you don't like the GTP then why do you have an account. The GTP forum is a brilliant place and has helped me loads with Gran Turismo. Daan who is one of the moderators here is very helpful and my short time on GT planet has been a very enjoyable experience. It's quite a dumb idea to call The GTP community noobs as there are moderators subscribed to this thread and you are violating the AUP by offending other users.

That's not at all what I said. I said some of the people on here reminded me of what the GT5 community, AS A WHOLE, can be like. The best GT5 players on earth are on GTP, I would never knock GTP.

Without GTP, I would have no online racing to do. Like I said, I don't like how most of the community operates in random public lobbies, so I come here for legit racers.

My comments were out of line but they were not directed at anyone on here, I know better than that

I don't know how you could infer that from what I wrote. I never even mentioned GTP.

I never called anybody noobs either, I just stated they exist in the GT5 community and that they sometimes frustrate me. Just because this thread, reminded me of things (reminded being the key word because that's exactly what I said), doesn't mean I was talking about anyone on here specifically or generally.

I miss tracks like Apricot Hill, and a few others.
Amen!👍

I found the London tracks surprisingly technical - nailing a perfect lap time after time I found tricky. The fast 'S' between St Martin-in-the-Fields and the National Portrait Gallery and the 90degree turn by Her Majesty's and Haymarket Theatres and win or lose a great lap.

I see more mistakes from other drivers around Suzuka than pretty much any other circuit. I would have to say Suzuka. And I love it.
Fuji Speedway, Indy Road and Madrid are hard in that they are so mickey-mouse and awkward to drive, but are not really challenging tracks in their own right.

please guys dont mention cita di aria, i miss that track sooo damn much. its one of the reasons gt5 has left a bad taste, even though i like the game.

hardest track for some reason is the ring, but only with sport and comfort tires. for some reason i can actually do reall good times using lmp and f1 cars on racing softs, also with race cars on racing softs. normal cars with normal cars on this track just doesnt do it for me.

also monaco isnt really that hard, but there are only a few spots where you can pass an opponent. so many places to get stuck if somebody hits you. the course isnt that hard, its the other cars that make it hard.

and yes, i miss gt4 tracks. still the best gt game for me personally.

Nurb 24h overall might be the most challenging, racing the p4 330 with racing hards round there a few times will certainly improve your driving skills, madrid is a rather painfully annoying track to get accustomed to if you rarely play there, norwand road track is kinda dodgy, and ofcourse the granddaddy of all hard tracks, special route x

I find the Nurburgring harder than Nordschleife

I have to put these on the 'ugh' list:
Road @ Indy
Road @ Daytona
Madrid
London
Fuji

But the course I have most trouble with is actually, Tokyo R246 :yuck:

There are so many tracks from GT4 I miss terribly.:(
Some more difficult than others of course, and I miss them all!
Citi di arria others have mentioned was sure difficult to me too. I liked it though. Not quite the same as London Reverse which I would say is difficult but I don't like it because stuff juts out & that's what makes it difficult. Citi di arria was more difficult because there were some blind turns. As a general rule, I don't mind blind turns. I don't like things that jut out into the track though.

Fuji for me. I just can't find a good line out of the last turn.

The 'ring in a GoKart is also a huge challenge. I try to do a 3-lap race every now and then and haven't finished one race yet.

On Fuji try taking a wide line stay wide left and then drift in to clip the apex I find it gives the best exit on to the straight

Fuji GT, is the hardest for me. A few weeks ago, I would have said Spa, but I kind of like it now :P.

Nurburgring. Alright just driving on it, but hate racing on it.

^this

Actually, all of the Nurb tracks except the GP/F and GP/D layouts are the most difficult in the game IMO. This means they are great for tuning :)

Any of the PD track maker tracks. No flow whatsoever, turns on crests of hills, and they're never used outside the occasional 5 lap race.

Probably Deep Forest. Such a challenging track in all areas. Change of elevation, combination corners, a single racing line through most of the track makes it very difficult to get the best times consistently. The last corner catches so many drivers out. The left hand corner onto the back 'straight' is such a fine line to maximize your speed onto the straight without hitting the cliff that comes towards your very quickly. Just a brilliant, challenging track.

🙏🏽 2 laps. Pro difficultly. ¹st with one make red bull
