What is the rarest car in the game?

Well, ignoring the duping aspect of it, or the prospect of going "Nope, reload" I guess it would have to be the cars you can only get via a ticket such as the 370 Academy etc.

I've seen the Falcon once, but didn't have the cash.

I reckon the Lotus Esprit Turbo HC '87 is pretty rare, and perhaps the 205 Rally Car - but not the Evo 2 version, the '85 one.

Other that that, dunno - what's rare to one person may not be to another. I went through a spate of getting loads and loads of Yellowbirds and M3 GTRs which was good for my trading career, now I haven't seen either one in a while

Just under $2M and it comes up about once a month. It is a bunch of fun, ecpecially on a snow course.

im pretty sure most of them ar ebought from the used dealer, because its totally random. and anyone can buy cars from the new dealer nd im prety sure there all the same for everyone.

I've seen a '69 GT40 going in the UCD for 20M once. Didn't have the money to buy it at the time, and I reckon it's a "once in a lifetime" chance I missed. So yeah, I think it's pretty rare, if not one of the rarest cars there.

Nah... Just win Indy 500 I belive on B-spec and you'll get it for free

To the one who said Tommy Kaira ZZ-II is rare... It's not... It's one of the most common cars i've seen in the UCD..

It's the prize car of the Indy enduro on B-Spec. So you'll end up having it sooner or later.

Not sure if the fairlady Z 300ZX Ver.R TT 2by2 is rare, but i've only just seen it for the first time in my UCD.

If I had to name one very rare car, I would say the Suzuki Escudo.

I actually use that 300ZX as my main car But now that you mentioned it, I think I've only seen it once or twice in the UCD, and in Midnight Purple Pearl to boot.

And ESCUDO is rare but not one of the rarest, I think. Just as rare as the other cars from that price range (1,9M~2M).

I just bought that 300ZX Ver.R, but it was Silver instead of Midnight Purple. Also, i've only seen the Escudo once in the 2 month i've been playing GT5, so for me it's a very rare car. Luckily I bought it when I had the chance.

I believe it is for the PSP>PS3 Garage connect. I transferred both those cars for arcade mode and all vehicles were given the standard treatment.

The Chaparral 2J pops up there periodically, I've only seen it once and never again.
But a lot of race cars are there, 2J, 2D, ESCUDO, etc.
