What tracks could you live WITHOUT in GT5?

Yea thats how GT should do. They should bring back all the old tracks then throw the new ones at us along with them.

Trial Mountain, High Speed Ring (I grew up playing on this track since the demo disc of GT), Grand Vally, Special Stage 11 (The track that suck the life out of me on those endurance race), and of course the Nurburgring (nothing much to say, because we all know it's every ones favorite ;))

Edit: I just wrote the opposite WTF??? Man I'm blind

Anyway, I could live without New York, and all those dirt tracks (except Grand Canyon)

New York, Citta Di Aria and Costa Di Amalfi would probably be a few tracks I could live without in GT5. There are others, but I can't remember them right now.

None. All tracks in previous GTs should be in GT5 (yes even those epic fail city tracks, because more is always better). In the argument that it would waste disc space, these tracks should be added as a free DLC.

Apart from George V I just adore the city tracks.

Since everyone has a different taste, maybe they should just include everything after all ;-)

I can easily live without Cita di Aria and the Grand Canyon. It's very scary driving inches away from a cliff many hundreds of metres high!

Bring 'em all to GT5. I'd rather have half the cars and all the tracks that have ever been in GT.

But,if I had to choose,I could totally do without the test course.

No, Cote D'Azur - Blue coast.

Then yea if it is Monte Carlo, it should be named so on GT5 and not Cote d' Azur.

Half the cars, and more tracks?!? Nah GT5 would lose me there :yuck:! Why no Test Course, do you plan on finding your cars top speed at Sarthe all day?

I could live without the fantasy courses. You may think I'm stupid in that statement, but I never really drive on any of them, except in the pre GT4 games in which we didn't have much of a choice.

7 I'd get rid of:

1. High Speed Ring (60% of Prologue's career was on that track and I'm sick to death of it)
2. Fuji (Bland and too many variations - If it hadn'rt been in Prologue possibly keep)
3. Daytona (dull)
4. Citta Di Aria (Too tight for pack racing and not as enjoyable as the similarish Capri stage)
5. Seoul (Not too bad but least favourite of the city tracks)
6. Dirt and Ice rally stages unless the physics are majorly updated.
7. Driving Park (Do we need intro courses if we are short on tracks)

7 (8) I can't live without
1. Monaco (This is the only track that would break my heart if it doesn't make it).
2. Suzuka (Great racing track, drove it death in the Japanese GT5P demo and GT5P but I love it, great racing track that never grows old.)
3. Nurburgring (One off experience)
4. London (I love this track, want to race it with more powerful cars too, loved the Audi R8 on it in the 4wd challenge)
5. Deep Forest (Just want to see the graphics)
6. Trial Mountain (Old favourite of mine)
7. New York/Hong Kong (To see these tracks in HD will be a sight to see)

Honestly there isn't a track that I would like to see excluded from GT5. I like them all for different reasons.

My all time favourite tracks though are Apricot Hill, and Laguna Seca.

Why no Test Course, do you plan on finding your cars top speed at Sarthe all day?

As I tune a car for the track I wish to use it on,there is no need to know the top speed of an individual car ,only the best speed it will attain on the track it is being tuned for.For me, the test course serves no function in this case. And I don't enjoy making top speed runs on the test course,it bores me.

If the test course is included there will be those boring NASCAR style races in the events and in licensing ,which I absolutely can do without. The test course has no redeeming features for me.

As for the number of cars. If there where only 312 cars and the development time between new versions of GT was a "standard" 6 years, you would have one car a week to develop for a large number of tracks for the entire 6 years. And possibly more events as there would be more tracks to have events on. Not to mention the time spent on 2 player races and online races,I can't see how it would be possible to get bored with even 312 cars if there are many more tracks to run.
In addition ,concerning the number of cars, using online racing as an example,a good share of racers will use the car that proves to be the fastest at any particular track and the rest will not get used except by those that would prefer a good race rather than an easy win. This same thing ( guessing) probably happens in the events as well. There are those that would prefer a challenge ,but,I think they are probably badly outnumbered. There will also be those that have a few favorites they like to run ,everywhere . They would have more places to run them.
So,IN MY OPINION,a large number of available cars is more than it's cracked up to be,and a large number of tracks to run would be more fun for a longer period of time.
