You can copy over your save in GT5:P using the PS3 save utility, as long as the other account doesn't already have a save file, if it does delete it. You only get the cars and money etc, but not the achievements and such

Me I'm gonna transfer over my GT5:P cars and test physics for a while doing time trials/free runs in Arcade mode

Oh, I know I can do it with Prologue, but I've heard some games actually lock their saves to the profile they were created on. If GT5 does that, then I'm gonna have to deal with the issue.

I'm sure ive posted before but I'll post again since i'm sure it has changed:

On the morning of the day of release I will be waiting for the postman like a hyperactive cat, and will probably be on this site hitting F5 every few seconds. Once it arrives I will stare at it for a few moments to take it in that GT5 has actually been released.

Next I will have a look at all that comes with the sig edition while my PS3 fires up. Then I will pop in the disc and have a look through the APEX mag/book while the game installs. Once the game installs I will watch the intro movie and maybe shed a tear at the beauty of it.

I will then have a look through the menu's to see what there is and I might have a little look at the track editor to see what is possible to do. (I so hope we can add banking to the track)

Next I hit a crossroads:

I will either take a NASCAR car round Daytona a few times, OR

Get straight to the license tests and try for gold on all, then go from there...

For me...
Step 1: Read the whole Instuction manual as the game installs itself.
Step 2: Transfer all GT5P cars and PS3 Hard drive racing songs into GT5.
Step 3: Pick my perfered settings in Options.
Step 4: Listen to all the songs in the game and chossing which ones are to my liking.
Step 5: Finally get to play the game.:)

None of the above. I plan on looking at all the cars at their respective dealers. I love looking at cars.

Try to grind some money for new supercars introduced in this version, and hit the ring each time I get my hands on a new ride.

Take Jeff Gordon's car around Nur
View Ferraris, Rufs, Lambos, etc.
Do b and a license tests
Do whatever it takes to get a r32 or r34 skyline
Take Bugatti Veyron around Nur

No, first beat The Stig's time with the Buggatti Veyron at the Top Gear Test Track. :)

Well turns out my last exam is on the 8th of November, so I will be unboxing, having a look around for a few hours then giving it to the Mrs to hide for 4 days.

Good news is that once this is complete I have nothing to do for 3 months except play GT5 full time :)

Hmmm, not something I'd thought about really...let's see!

When it comes to buying new stuff, I tend to savour the moment, so will probably stare at the box and read the manual and Apex book for a while. The ChromeLine cars (plus maybe a couple of Stealth) will be enough for me to have some fun in arcade mode, so I won't be transferring over any cars from GT5P. I want to choose the colour of, and earn the cars as I progress through the career. However, I will probably transfer a chunk of cash over to aid the initial progression.

I'll do a few licences first to open up a few race series, then get right into the action. Not interested in getting gold on them all either - just enough to qualify for the races. Once I've worked my way through the career and collected some choice cars, I'll park that game save and hunt down a save with all licenses, ridiculous amount of cash, and an empty garage. This will be my sandpit for generally messing around in the game.

I wonder if GT5 will get the Veyron Supersport to 1up the other driving games out there that already have the standard Veyron? Would be sweet to take the fastest car ever around the Top Gear Test Track and set some Stig'tastic times!

1) Look in dealership for capostrophed

2) If it doesn't look for the lacetti

3) If GT5 doesn't have the aforementioned cars, look for the liana.

4) Top Gear test track.

5) Nurburgring in SLS to beat my previous lap time (12 minute demo in stuttgart) of 7:57.

While it certainly wont be the first thing I do, one of my early goals is to put a mclaren f1 on the test course and see how close its top speed is to the real thing.

The first and foremost thing is to get those painful licences done, then host ultra realistic GT tournaments and continue racing till a) My PS3 melts b) a new Gran turismo is introduced or c) trumpets sound and its judgement day

So if you delete the save file in a sub account it will not affect your main account right?

I would probably do simulation mode and I'll do the license tests, because if you transfer GTPSP license or GT5P data I'm sure it'll say you passed the tests

From the options you gave I chose race in career, but I'll spend hours drooling through the car showrooms before I do that. Then I'll probably buy whatever starting car I want, and take it to GT Auto to see what ways it can be customized.

One of the things I am most excited about is vehicle customization. I expect it to include a variety of wheels, wings, and possibly weight reduction packs which replace parts of the car with CF. Then safety items such as a roll cage/racing seats. None of that need for speed crap, just functional optional extras!

The physics system is new from prologue, and psp is a different system(also a bit more arcadey). Theres no way they would let you pass up licenses on their new physics system.

Take any car, go to photo mode, drive at he nurb ar night and take a picture like this than I just photoshopped from my GT4 Album, I called the pic "Moon over the castle"

I won`t transfer my cars from GT PSP or GT5P. GT was always a game i enjoyed beginning from scratch, without any cars expect that old used Honda Civic :)

I would rather work my way up.
yeah in GT4 i love to play the very first beginning until 40%! because you can upgrade ur "standart manufacture cars"! i love that. and thats why i restarted GT4 3 times :D
