I won`t transfer my cars from GT PSP or GT5P. GT was always a game i enjoyed beginning from scratch, without any cars expect that old used Honda Civic :)

The cars you can transfer will only be available in arcade mode.
So you get the best of both worlds :sly:

I will move my cars across from gt5p but not my credits and I won't use them until Im high enough in the game.

1: Crack a beer

2: Paruse apex book while 10gb install happens (Probably tuning section)

3: Watch intro movie in the dark with loud volume

4: Familiarise myself with menu screens after entering career mode, turn assists off, check to see if G27 is supported so I can buy one. Import my Prologue and PSP data after noting my starting credits so I can limit myself to default credit spending.

5: Quickly check to see if a Lotus Exige is in the Lotus dealership. If it is and I have enough total credits imported (the only way I will not limit myself to the default money) I will buy it. If not it's off to step 6.

6: Enter the used car menu(s) and look at all avalible cars so I can choose one. I will likley buy a bit cheaper then I can afford so I have credits left over for some weight reduction(s), perhaps some other upgrades but I will make sure I get an oil change.

7: Start thread on GTP "Which car did you start with?" and post how I spent my credits at the start.

8: I will save licences for when I need to have them but If I have to do 1 right away I'll do it gold.

9: Message friend(s) playing GT5 to ask if they want to have a quick few races to checkout the online stuff.

10: Start racing career race.

I don't know what I said before when I posted in this thread, but I'm definitely going to look at the used car dealerships, and the dealerships and look at any and every manufacture to see the cars.. Before then I'll probably have transferred GT5P credits, and I'll find a car after a lot of debating, and then I'll check out GT Auto

I have no idea what I'll do. Probably go into cardiac arrest.

Seriously, the first thing any true Gran Turismo owner does is visit the different dealerships. You go to the dealerships to see exactly what non-bonus cars will be available to you.

As for transfering cars; I thought that was scrapped. I thought you couldn't tranfer cars from Prologue into the final game. Am I wrong about that?

1. Watch the intro movie two or five times, and have a look at all the new and used dealer cars.

2. Buy either a 1991 Honda Prelude Si VTEC in Brittany Blue Green Metallic or a 1991 CIVIC SiR-II (EG) in Tahitian Green Pearl, preview what I can do to them in GTauto as far as visual modifications, and then go have an eyegasm as I enter my first set of races.

3. Do licenses.

4. Race in Career Mode

5.
Do more licenses.

6.
Race some more Career Mode.

7.
Finish licenses.

8. Race Career Mode.

  1. Complete all of the license tests, better to get them out of the way rather than having to worry about them later.
  2. Look through all of the dealerships (used and new), check and see if my real life car (2005 Mazda 3i sedan) is in the game.
  3. Find a nice used car, do minor tunes with the cash I have left.
  4. Race!

I don't plan on transferring anything until I get at least 15% done with the career mode.

@sandman1347: Totally with you on your first sentence.

Anyway, what I'll likely do is first browse through EVERYTHING and whatnot in GT Mode so I can get and idea of what to expect and to just get used to the game in general. Then I'll get my first car and go to GT Auto and see if a racing modification for it is availabe, and just pass B and A licenses as a start.

1. check if my real life car is there (corolla)
2. buy it if its there
3. if its not there..eject disc
4.crack it in half
5. email kaz an angry letter

ps. just kidding! lol

1. I'll **** my pants as soon as I get home with the game in my hands;
2. I'll cry while watching the intro movie as I did with GT4;
3. I'll go straight to the Track Creator and make a winding road, then I will finally start to drive! 👍👍👍

On my way to go camp out in front of my local Gamestop to get my copy of GT5 CE, I'll stop by the voting both and vote out of office every Obama Zombie and leftist sell out I can.

go through the car most of the interesting new car dealerships then
check out the used cars and buy myself a r32, evo or a subaru then
take it for a drive

I want to check out what cars are on offer in the arcade version of things, I just want to drive a hippie van around if it's there. First thing I'll do to actually begin playing is licenses, unless one of my buddies wants to try a race online. I won't start any events until I get all gold on at least B license.

Cry tears of joy

Test out a few cars in arcade mode first to get to grip with the physics

Cry tears of joy

Enter GT5's GT Mode

Cry tears of joy

:D

LOL an obvious answer but hilarious. I'm going to do time trials so that for once I'll be in the top ten LOL I've been doing them alot lately but my best is 31st with Nissan GT-R concept @ london reverse. at least all be progressing with everyone this time. I just got gt5p 3 months ago so I guess it makes sense that most people are better considering they've had it for 3 years

look at all 950< cars then do my settings on my DFGT (-Shift knob is shift up, and +Shift down) all pro/simulation.Then start Drifting in Stock cars (not nascar) RX7, Skyline, S15, etc. on all new tracks.

then the lisences later. and get my first car in history of time!
