I think I'm going to check out a lot of the car list first. Import my other game saves to get an extra bit of money and check out the used car lots

I'll import my cars and such from GT5P, but Iam going to do the same thing I do in every GT game. Buy a used Miata use it to race around then buy either a 2000 Cobra R Mustang or a first gen Viper(depending on which one is in the game).

I’m going to take it steady :). Probably go to Arcade mode and drive on a track from GT5:P to spot/feel the difference. Get use to the physics, etc... then head over to GT mode to browse through the dealerships. Then of course... work my way up from the ground.

I definitely won’t be transferring anything from GT5:P or GTPSP until I’m far into the game. Say 90-100% It’ll take away all the fun from the game, otherwise.

I'll participate in GTP online races until my driving confidence builds up. :)

First off, whenever i can, buy a PS3. And if i have the money, then GT5.

Race Arcade to get used to the new-all, then GT Mode get to idk 15%, get an awesome car. Then go online and overheat my PS3.

I know this is not an option i the poll but, I would check out the vehicles first, just like I always do when I obtain a new GT game.

Go online and drive around the track the wrong way like a complete idiot.

Thats a joke by the way, I really hope there is something that prevents that kind of behavior.

I will probably just go for the licence tests. Gotta start somewhere.

First thing I will do.

- Organize one of my great great grand children to get it for me as I lost my license at the age of 90 already.

- When he gets it to me, I will get the nurse at the old people home to wake me up from my afternoon nap.

- I will then, pass out while looking at it

- Never wake up, die a happy man.

I'll probably need to change my shorts.

Then I'll watch the opening movie a few times......then probably have to the change my shorts again. 👍👍

See every single car I can afford, make a list on lined paper, then do a round robin elimination style tournament to decide which car is worst then get last place in the Sunday Cup until I get enough money to afford a Le Mans Prototype, if this strategy becomes boring or tedious then I will determine that the game is stupid and boring and return it for a copy a Burnout 3 for the original xbox.

Just kidding, probably just look at the cars I can't afford so I can have the nostalgia when I finally can afford them.

1. Wake up in the morning.
2. Go to school.
3. Think of GT5 all day in school.
4. Come home, eat, off to GameStop.
5. Get my pre-ordered copy of GT5.
6. Come home.
7. Feel the plastic and case.
8. Slowly start striping off the plastic from the case while enjoying the sound of the plastic being torn off.
9. Look at the cover for 10 minutes, look at the back cover for 10 minutes.
10. Open up the case and take a huge riff of the smell from the material.
11. Read the manual for 30 minutes.
12. Carefully open up the disc while enjoying the front cover of it as well as the background of the case.
13. Start it up, watch the intro carefully.
14. Go through every tad-bit of the menu.
15. Enter arcade mode, look at all the cars, try several of them, and try a couple tracks and see how the game is.
16. Enter career mode, look at everything in it, dealerships, classes, missions, licenses, test drive a couple cars, and start racing/doing some licenses at the same time.
17. Fap.
18. Play some more till late night.
19. Go to sleep smiling.

Go into arcade and try out some cars with my soon-to-be racing rig, then head out onto Career mode or online mode if my friends nag me for it :P.

Then keep racing until I can afford an SLS AMG.

I voted 'Play Career Mode' but, in all honesty I'll be doing these three steps in order:

1. Explore the content - see what's what, look at the lovely cars and generally get a feeling for what is on offer. This'll take about an hour in itself.

2. Start a Time Trial on a Prologue track, turn off all assists, turn on Professional physics and delicately set-up my control preferences.

3. Then start to play career mode.

2. Wag School
3. Get GT5
4. Then do the rest.

In was out of school before any of the good games came out to do that for, but I HAVE booked days off work for when a game comes out before. MGS4, R6V2, CoD6 to name a few recent ones.

I have a great boss. 👍

Come to think of it, I think I'm going to spend an ENDLESS amount of time exploring. Not only the menus and sections, but even the tracks, and before the tracks. Seeing the latest Le Mans menu just watching the officials wave the car onto the track and inspect the seemingly PERFECT car, it just looks incredible all around. Not to mention viewing cars in the garage (however they will be presented) whether they're in the warehouse format, or even in the GT5P or GT4 style garage just watching the camera angles move around the cars.

It's a really poor choice of poll options I am afraid to say, so I thought I'd mention it here. First I would go to the dealership, browse (and perhaps drool a bit) the cars available. I would then set about the (hopefully) long and arduous task of gold-ing every licence test.

Will be the same for me. :sly:

I will buy my first car from the used showroom (if there is one). I will then tune it up and start racing. I have done that with every GT game. I probably won't transfer my GT5:P cars/money on my first playthrough, I will wait until my second playthrough.

I really hope the bring back the used car showroom back. Going back and looking for good deals was one of my favourite things to do.

time trial > fastest/most interesting Le Mans car @ nordschlelfe > photo mode > photo shop > image shack > posting all over the internets!

?

Like I do with any GT game I get, explore the menus, then, go to my favorite car makers, like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and hopefully Caterham, get in one of those cars in time trial, and make a lap around the Nurburgring, and the Top Gear Test Track.

PROFIT!

I think I'll tale one round of Photomode pics for a gallery as soon as possible, and *then* go back to golding licenses ;)
