I started way too late, I decided today that I wanted to push it... darn it.

1:07.230 (1412) + 1:24.542 (893) + 2:51.077 (274)

I just went from 700s to 274 in cape quickly. But not good enough. :(
 
It's over for round 2. I finished 1st in the midwest and 5th in the nation. Hopefully some of the people that I helped were able to make it.

Judging by how excited I am right now, I would actually have a heart attack if either of those spots ever went to me.

You got me from a 1 month sim driver to 78th in the NE so yeah :D Lol either that or its all my talent ;) wait..you've seen me drive :D NEVERMIND!

Congrats on winning the first round for your region!

I finished 33rd in the SE. I was 32nd with 30 minutes left then got passed by someone in the last 20 minutes. I need to find a way to improve just a little to get the top 16 next round.

Next round is only a week long. Got to come out the gate fast. We are not going to have allot of time to improve.
 
82nd in the midwest... i seriously never thought that i would make it because i'm not good enough when it comes to other competitive games like fighting games lol. now i've found my genre

Thanks to TRC_Hunk for providing the ghosts that I thought would eventually lead to my complete psychological meltdown!!! they helped quicken my Cape pace by a full second today!!!

And am I the only fool going to round 2 STILL using the auto trans :dunce:

No, there is a guy in the MW using a ds3 with TCS and an at.

AUTO TRANS?!?!? WOW! Thats pretty damn good for an auto. Might actually be the quickest.

EDIT: actually the guy that finished 2 spots in front of you in your region is using an auto also. I give you guys some credit for being able to run that quick with an auto trans.

I'm #117 in the West

...was trying REALLY HARD to make up some time at Rome & Tsukuba, mainly Rome (I probably would've been ranked 90 something had everything gone right in Rome).

Just glad I get to go to round 2.
 
Missed 128th in west by .048 of a second. tried my best. good job to all on
the west coast!

my 5:15.947 would of got me around 50th in any other region. Guess i should of made a new acct with a different address. He he

It looks like West was the toughest division to make the cut.

5.11.405 - 5.13.517 - 5.16.160 - 5.17.312 --Midwest
5.10.776 - 5.12.820 - 5.15.694 - 5.17.115 --Northeast

The west was tough, but it looks like getting into top 16 will be about equal for most regions, all in all still close, Northeast isn't easy by any means but here in the West it is tough.

I seriously would say that the crazy winter weather afflicting most of the US contributed to the stats you posted.

Final position: 8th Western Region, 35th in the country.
 
So disappointed I didn't qualify in the west. Finished 140th with a final push in the last two hours. I couldn't lay down a clean lap on cape ring. Goodluck to those in round 2.
 
I ended up 6th in the West and 27th overall.

I was really wanting to break the 5:12 barrier and into the 2:45's at Cape but didn't leave my self enough time after the Spec Miata race to get it done.

Glad to hear it's over. Ended up 82nd in the W, clean with no deviation at the CR.. Can't wait to see the new tracks, hope they are all "real" ones this time instead of 1/3.
 
Finished 13th in the West and 48th overall.

I have no idea how I'm going to fare with a shorter time span for Round 2. It took me quite a while to climb up the boards for Round 1. Then again, I went from a newbie wheel user to an amateur so at least I learned something.
 
Damn the west was tough... wouldn't have made it out there. Glad I am in the southeast :-) Gotta get more consistent with the wheel... had the pieces for some better laps at all three places. Still have a LONG way to go if I want to make it past the next cut....
