i like the way one of my 300ZX's sound with sport exhaust. it made the pitch just a bit higher, just like a VQ30DETT would sound. i was impressed. sounds just beautiful. 👍
On the other hand, the 350Z sounds WAY too low in the game. In real life, it's actually even higher pitched than the 3 liter even though VQ35DE ranks in at 3.5 liters. I have a few sound clips of real 350Z's with sport exhaust (Tommi Kaira, Mines, Nismo, etc.) and it sounds nothing like the the one in the game...one of the only things i really think GT4 has left to be desired....
...that and the fact that 440 Magnums and Ford 390's usually get lower pitched when adding straighter flowing exhaust...not higher...i know the 302 in my Mustang doesn't sound that way...just my $.02

thanks bro. unless you live in the DFW area this won't be of too much use...but DFWStangs has quite a selection of nice Foxes for sale. Other forums like Stangnet and Corral should have a pretty good list in the classifieds. Those are catered to a bigger audience so you might have better luck finding one in your area. I was just messing around with my 190E-2.5 16 Touring Car,and must say that thing is a blast.I took it around Motorland and tried using different rev ranges(1-3k,3-6k,over 6k) and gears.I love how it(and many of the high revving race cars)has so many different voices.

DLRgiani got a viper srt-10 fully moded 1032hp n it has to me atleast the best sound in gt4 out off all the cars ive used
Do they actually sound different modded? I haven't noticed any difference.
Kaffein: most of the non-racecars in the game have atlleast 4 different engine sounds;
1) the stock sound
2) sports exhaust
3)semi racing exhaust
4) full racing exhaust

5) putting a turbo in a car that did not have one previously puts in the usual whistle of the turbo and blow off valve.
997 GT-3 (i love that car): i didnt like the m3 GTR with racing exhaust, i prefered the stock sound, i generally only change the exhaust on the Japanese cars, (it makes them sound better), for me, the new exhausts ruins the lovely sound of muscle cars like the M5, FPV GT, and other V8s.

true true, but i DESPISE the whinning when you give the car full transmition.
before i knew the M5 had a v10, i thought it would grumble like a plane, then i noted the race car depreived engine and i was like WHOA.

I'm glad PD got the Auto Union sound right. It sounds EXACTLY like the real supercharged V16. A marvellous effort despite the fact that it can only run at the 'Ring in GT mode.
Another awesome car is the Lancia Stratos road car, sounds exactly like the Ferrari V6 in the real car.

can anybody tell me what car sounds like the rs200 rally car (obviously apart from the road car lol 
). i love the sound of it. throaty low revs and as you get higher i can only describe it as screaming!!! its that good! it can outrun the c88 racing car on tsukuba wet! thats how ****ing fast this car is!!!! please try it and reply on here what you think!

I haven't tried that car yet; does it sound like the other Group-B rally cars?
