Yes, I get frustrated when people use the green run off (last turn for example, or turn 1) to keep their lead.

It was a stupid accident, I stepped on the gas and brake at the same time.

I have two wheels on the track always, but if the driver before me uses exterior asphalt or green carpet, me too.

How you guys manage to go under 1:40 anyway?
The only car / occasion I can do 1:40 is with the Subaru and that's probably considered cheating.

My best time with Nissan GTR was a 1:41.

Play with the tuning; and watch others replays to see their driving line.

I have managed a lap under 1:40 only twice; once in a race (slipstream).

When a guy enters Turn 1 in a GT-R and the throttle is wide open before he is turned just makes me want to quit.

It's not just GT-Rs in my experience, but I don't play much lately.

Last months F2007 event here was the same thing for the exiting wide really, just lack of effort to do it right from some.

I'll use it accidentally if I counter steer coming out of the corner and the car happens to straighten out and jumps out there. I try not to use it 95% of the time.

I watch people use them all the time as if it's their racing line. 👎

Yes, you can say that, its really good! Some changes for own drivingstyle, maybe, but its a good start. In draft I have be down to low 38 or in clean race low 39.

Dunno if it's the same guy, but this one uses the runoffs a bit too much (it's the only way he can put time on me, and I'm slow :^} I did take some knocking from him one race, but to be fair we bumped shoulders a couple of times on L1/T1. He was on the inside (with me going quite wide) and may have been pushed into me, then perhaps took it personally. We'll see.

I'm IRT team captian and I can say we didn't get any new members recently!!
So this has to be the Siegmund we all know well as punter king
I had quite a few punts exchanged with him in the past but I raced him earlier today with out him using IRT tag. I lead from start to finish and I guess I was to fast for him he never got a chance to punt me that must of made him that mad that he's now using his dirty name with our tag.
At this moment I have no idea have to fix this...

What??? sorry..first time heard that hehe.. Its for me like... I dont like a beer, because the sound..Audi with 5, 8 or 10 cyl had a nice sound is what I think, but when I race in GT5P I dont think about the noice at all..I race for fun and hope to drive faster than last race..

Maybe you had to turn down the wolum and forget the sound a bit and just race...

I guess I prefer the deeper engine and exhaust sounds like the GTR rather than the high pitched ones.

It is why I only drive the Ferrari California a little bit because in that open roof cockpit the engine sound's to whiny for me anyways

I'm using a Ferrari California with the TLD Susuka tune. I can pull consistent 1:39.3s, and once I've gotten a 1:38.2 while drafting a driver that was waaaaaaay faster than me for a whole lap. Give it a shot.

Yes, aside a few lame punters banging me off; I think the racing has been great so far this month.

5 laps is a better race distance because even when punted you can catch the perp sometimes and embarass them! 👍

I manage to stay with some of the quikest out there but cant seem to break into the 1:38's unless I get a good Toe. Staying within the boundries of the track is hard at times especially if you brake too late and there is someone right on your tail but it can be done.

I must have done 15 or so races on Sunday in one sitting, my leg is killing me now!

Managed to get under 1:40 in the GT-R off line, but average low 1:40 during the race
There were some really fast Japanese guys in Evo X tuned, getting well under 1:40, how I don't know, I can't break 1:42 in that car

I think it's down to driving styles I suppose
