I heard in a YouTube video that WRC10 will run in 60 fps across all platforms but cannot find any confirmation anywhere. Does anyone have any official link confirming this?

YouTube video, if anyone is curious:

Seems unlikely. It'll be 30fps on the old gen, 60 or 120 on the new stuff, like WRC9 is.

Yeah, I think so too. I don't think they can optimize the game that much using the same engine and in only a year. But the guy in the video said it, so I was curious if there's some official info about it...

Isn't it great that we are getting a demo, (PC), as well. It coincides nicely with my time off so I will be giving it a go for sure.

So reading a preview from The Race and having a look around at the description of the game on store fronts, it appears thay we are going to be getting 21 rallies in total. The 2021 calendar as it is, as it was.meant to be, plus 6 historic locations. Though the preview on The Race says the anniversary mode will feature 12 rallies, with 7 available from the start and 5 to be added as free post launch content. So to my understanding this is the rally list:

Real 2021:
Monte Carlo
Arctic Rally Finland
Croatia
Portugal
Sardinia
Kenya
Estonia
Belgium
Greece
Finland
Catalunya
Japan

Original 2021:
Sweden
Chile
Great Britain

Historic:
San Remo
Germany
Argentina
New Zealand

The preview also talks about San Remo featuring its 1981, 1997 and 1998 variations, but what that means in reality I don't know. Sounds like historic rallies will have spectators lining the stage like the classic footage. As well as real driver names which is cool. The Focus 2007 and Polo R haven't survived according to the preview.

Maybe this demo will finally make me see the hype everyone is clamoring for this series but for the moment I have my hopes very low. WRC 9 confused me on a deep level as to why it got so much praise.

What didn't you like about it ?

Really hope these guys keep making rally titles after they hand over the WRC licence. Irish Tarmac Rally Championship please!
I wonder what direction they'll go down. Could either focus on historics like DiRT does or sign up a few smaller licenses like Americas Rally.

Whatever they do let's hope and pray they continue making Rally games of some sort and to the same level. It would be absolutely guttening if they didn't, I love what we have currently, 2 different and really great Rally game series.

Haven't played a True rally game since Colin McRae 2.0. I've done the last DiRT demo, but not got stuck into rally games for years. This looks too good.

You know what, the fact they have proper martini livery on lancias makes me so hyped. If they have the alitalia one for the stratos...

Won't be easy for CM to take this over. Physic and stage design are superb. Dirt is far fron this level right now especially tarmac and stages. Graphics and career mode building on f1 experience will be surely top notch

I'd say that was a challenge, PJ.
