:grumpy:

I've voted now you twonk and I voted YES.

We're taking an awful risk Lord Furi....This had better work

I voted no, wanna fight about it? I am a realist and I'm my current mood cannot be arsed with such a faf. Especially with Heavy damage as one wrong move could damage two or more cars causing a re start etc...

👍

Twonk? New dictionary? :P

Bring it :P

But for a one off it makes sense. And its simple to execute within a few minutes.

Furi you live in a basement?...... Wait yes you do nevermind..

Twonk is no new word I've heard it numerous times at college etc, I even used it a fair bit ;).

Maybe give it a go on the night and if it all cocks up go back to the original plan?

Yep. 👍

I reckon we'll start the race at 5 to 8 GMT, to allow a few minutes to get lined up.

Paul gets angry, gets his mates round, paints his face blue, dons a crash hat.......WE all drive off

Crash hat? :dopey:

Mates rather play Black ops 2 than GT5, some don't have it :P. Scottish terriorism ftw :D. (Furi and Dax overheard some of it the other day :P)

With regards to the standing start.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Current start is good enough for me.

I am unsure. And more than happy to do a mock test in this weeks test. Sunday timetable:

Daytona Road 7pm to 8pm.
8pm to 10pm Le Mans.

Definite rolling start at Daytona road due to the banking

All other races than Le Mans are rolling start with pace lap. However when the race goes green the whole field can go, so a Prototype for example staring at the back can begin passing GT cars before the start line.

Also I repeat myself yes, but GT cars hold their line. Prototypes go around. And if you are crashed or spun, make sure it's safe before you rejoin and stay off the racing line if you are going slow. Race results will also be classified via laps completed.

By the way, I think Le Mans might be a fuel only race really... should be interesting event. Since we last race aero has changed, my 211mph Ford MK Iv set up now does 217mph...

What you mean? Since last sunday, or last season?

What aero are you running? Mine still does 213mph (as it should ;)).

Minimum, because Furi thinks the extra 4MPH is fastest round the track.(ala Esprit, LFA, Scirocco)

Max is probably fastest still unfortunately, even with the Mulsanne Straight. The extra speed you get through corners is pretty ridiculous.

However I still run stock downforce at La Sarthe NC, just because the extra top speed is nice. :D

This right?

No obvious fastest in the Prototype class this season, so there should be a bit more variation in winners. 👍

Yep certainly, going to be very unpredictable.

Excited to see Niop and Paulmac battle it out

I wouldn't rule out the others... ORama has a very quick Jaguar, Fox has indestructable internet for Le Mans

So am I right in think there's one place left?

Two essentially, Mitch's campaign is part time. And always one or two who don't show coome race night usually - bear in mind Ranhammer might be back in GT as well.

I've got to say, the Shelby is a lot better than I was expecting it to be. I can see this being pretty fun and competitive championship!
