Anyone for a run around the old Nordschleife tonight for testing?

I got a bit of decent testing during the afternoon with @Furinkazen and knocked a second off my best 0% lap then the rain came and got a rough cross over from the SM to RR tyres, then managed a 8:50 in 100% for the full lap and also got a bit of practice entering pit lane as you will have to keep right before the last turn

I got a damn crash on every lap. Oalith did a 6:50, I was even whole of lap, and threw it off down Bergwerk...

So the PT cars are only around 1:20 - 1:30 quicker than the GT cars which means the GT cars are only going to be lapped 3 times unless they have a few accidents

I done my first lap in the Ford at the Ring, got a 6:40.5.

Wish I could have joined you guys last night, would have been good to get some practice with other cars on track but my internet decided to stop working which is rather inconvenient...

What were the best dry GT times? (If there was any dry running)

What's the starting procedure for the 'Ring? When do we "go green"?

This conveniently shaded map illustrates it perfectly. The section in red we will pace at 50mph, single file. At Aremberg bridge (just at end of redzone), we go green.

Also we gotten 10 GT's on track tomorrow. 5 makes with 2 drivers each.

Fox / Randy (Corvette)
Chris / Daiba (Lancia)
Sakery / Yera (Lamborghini)
Adam / Frasier (Chevy)
Lout / DK (Alpine)

Lancer joins as a 6th PT for Ferrari and makes a 16 car entry.

Yes. Also a quick detail as i'm unlikely to be online much pre room opening.

I aim to open room approx 6.30pm GMT, with Q a 1hr session starting at 6.55pm. 1hr session with flag falling at 7.55pm, which gives around 5 min for people to finish there laps. Please note down your laps after!

Room will open at 6pm (38 mins time) then its 50 min of practise and 1hr Quali.

How does that apply to U.S. drivers? We got sent back an hour and I think that ruined everything for me.

and we went back 1 hour today. so here in the central time zone last week we were 5 hours behind you and today we are 6 hours back. And Randy in Maryland is 5 hours back. It's all Ben Franklin's fault...
