Is that a Renault R8 Gordini I see?
Thanks to all who congratulated me on the win, well done to Lancer too! 👍
That was the one race I was hoping to win, its such a challenge. If I can win at Le Mans I shall be finishing off GT5 very happy indeed.
Great post Panoz, looking forward to GT6 even more now!
For next season I think the majority of GT cars should get specced up. More choice 👍
Ford GT40 Mk II (GT5 Gulf example, correct me @FordMKIVJ5 if I am wrong)
NEW cars from GT6 up for consideration:
Lotus Europa S.2 ’68 (Europa Special struggled, this might do depending on classification)
Mazda RX500 (Rotary powered breadvan)
Alrighty. So we had some great news. Here I will post up ALL cars which have been in WSC to date and potential candidates. Then we can see the performance pool we got to pick from.
Current/Past WSC/WSM cars:

Alfa Romeo Guilia TZ2
Alpine A110

Lancia Stratos
Shelby Mustang GT350R
Never Raced / Unfinished / Rejected cars:

Ginetta G4
Lotus Europa Special

Mercedes 300SL
Nissan Skyline 2000GTR
Toyota 2000GT
NEW cars from GT6 up for consideration:

Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta
Ferrari 250 GTO (The 250 in either form is a must)
Ferrari 365 GTB4
Ford GT40 Mark I (Will be in. Somehow.
Lotus Europa S.2 ’68 (Europa Special struggled, this might do depending on classification)
Mazda RX500 (Rotary powered breadvan)

Shelby GT350 ’65 (NOT the GT350R)

Lunar Roving Vehicle LEV-001 ’71 (Ok, trolling here)
Potential class options:
PT will remain premier class. Options are for a return to C2 class, or a inbetween class bridging gap between C2 / GT. Some classic TC's possible for a spin off.

In order to be able to include as many of this list as possible and to keep with the spirit of 2-class racing … why not make two different 2-class series? The faster one could include PT's and a C2 class that would be similar to the current GT class, but with more power, so the more powerful cars by default need not be restricted as much, and the slower series could offer a GT class and a TC class.
There's more cars that could be considered for TC's, e.g.:
Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA 1600 '65
Renault R8 Gordini '66
BMW 2002 Turbo '73
Mazda Cosmo Sport '67 & '68
Nissan Fairlady 2000 (SR311) '68
Toyota Celica 1600GT (TA22) '70
Triumph Spitfire 1500 '74
GT class maybe...
Nissan Fairlady 240ZG (HS30) '71
The great thing about this would be that it would be easier to fit every car in an appropriate class, I think.
Confirmed for Le Mans.
Also, I think the GT-R KPGC10 should be among those considered for this proposed TC class.
Confirmed for Le Mans barring unexpected circumstances.
