So whilst at Bathurst this weekend just gone, I got nervous about a Camaro, It appeared to be Randy getting some early laps prior to WSC on GT6

As you can see the circuit and campsite are extremely close and my nerves grew stronger,
Then after watching on in the practice sessions he was showing good pace,
And was even overtaking for position!
So my nerves calmed and race 1 approached, Randy put the car in the top 10 in qualifying, I was supporting the lad for a good result,
Then lap one, they exit the cutting, pick 3rd gear for read and solomon parks, and Randy....

Doesn't make it much further, better luck next year Randy,

Heard about that from a friend that lived about an hour from there and he said they go up there a couple of weeks before the race and bury it due to the amount of beer that can be drunk. LOL only in Australia!

The final season of classic Sportscar racing on Gran Turismo 5 is upon us. WSC VI starts off as ever with Daytona. With news that lighting is set to be installed in later this year for the GT6 platform, its a final daytime dash through Florida.
Furi's Race Control Statement To Drivers:
Alrighty. Welcome all to the final volume of WSC. Pace speed is 75mph (120kph I believe?). After Bus Stop chicane, form up to by two, Prototypes go to 100mph (160kph). Class leader goes anytime from pit lane start to start line, race is green when class leader crosses the line.
GT's hold your line, PT's watch it and don't just divebomb. It's a long long race for the WSC opener, and get to at least 2/3rds distance to assure yourself of points.
Room will open 7.00pm BST Approx, Spec checks for GT @ 7.25pm, PT Quali at 7.45pm. Good luck all.
