TCV5 HURRY THE HELL UP thread

It's just for your postcount. Don't worry too much about it, once you get 500 posts you can do it whatever way you want. :)

Pretty happy with my middlewight and will call it done, I'll post later tonight.

I removed the wing which slowed it down a bit but not much. Still runs mid 1:23's.

Lightweight is close to being done.
Heavyweight is close to being done also.
No idea on supercar yet.

only if it meets the requirements but for now i'm too drunk to think of a good car to tune. wait till tomorrow see whether i post anything *groan*.

*sits there snickering* Sorry Parnelli, couldn't resist. It's the same deal as last time bro, seperate thread for bundling up all the rides and our judging results. 👍

Got it. :)

I was gonna start tonite but one of my friends found a baby bunny rabbit, and I had to go fetch it from her, find a carry-cage, get food, etc. I'll try and start judging tomorrow. :indiff: Or at least, driving the MONSTER cars before driving the entrants.

Drive the monster cars so you have your baseline times and feel of the cars. We're not judging until after you guys have your 4th July celebrations in the US. 👍

I don't know what happened with my middleweight. Didn't change a thing but when I went back to it last night it didn't drive nearly as well as before.

Hopefully sort it out soon.

Okay. So I'm...

1. Driving the MONSTERS

2. Driving the entrants

3. but not doing any judging till after July 4th? Does that mean I"m not supposed to post any results till then?

...

I'd hate to be a whistle blower but both the Evo 5 and M3 tunes in the "post your tunes" section do not conform to the weight regulations of the supercar entry rules in terms of weight.

Or is there something i've missed?

SUPERCAR - 1601Kg+ with a 575hp limit, or another car with a WPR higher than 2.785.

Since the M3 is mine I guess I have to defend myself. :P

No worries. It's an easy mistake to make. 👍

Just blame Mafs and say he didn't make it clear enough. :P

Drive the monsters now Parnelli and if you want test the cars that have already been put up so you can get some of the work done, but the judging must be after 4th July. The main reason is that we haven't got all the entries in yet, but we also want to have all our results come out at roughly the same time, I'm not having repeats of TCv3 & TCv4 where we have a big gap before all the judging has been completed, there's too many complaints from the past over that area. :)

I knew there was a "or something" i missed. My bad fellas

*keeps in memo VtiRoj, -5pts. before I start judging his P.O.S.!* :P:D

God I love being mean sometimes.

Yeah, it's EITHER over 1600kg, OR anything with a WPR ABOVE 2.785. The limit of this is the Spyker Lavioette which is JUST on 2.785 after giving it the full 200kg ballast.

*added bit* Can I say you pair of R people (roj & RJ) have backfired on yourselves. :P Two Amuse R1's?? All this means is that I can judge the same car and just change the settings. So you aren't annoying me, you're making my job twice as easy!! :D

So how goes progress on your cars, Mafs?

My lightweight is done and posted, my middleweight is ready save for a banner, my heavyweight has a little understeer and a lot of quick, just need a bit more from it...

And then it's supercar which I haven't even started on.

For me it's like this:

Lightweight - 1/2 done. (going retro! )
Middleweight - Done Done. (super quick!!)
Heavyweight - Done Done. (re-tuned GME ride for TCv5)
Supercar - Was done, now redoing it with a new car and car already done is going in GME as a new black-tie ride.

Apologies for the double post but this is essential for a seperate post.

ALL THE JUDGING POSITIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN!! MEET YOUR JUDGING CREW!!

Actually, my car has a cage and RJ's doesn't. Can't remove those. :P

So I judge RJ's first. :P Anything else??

I'm looking at four options to torment these Amuse's, 3 of them are retro entries, the 4th is fighting your Amuse fire with a different S2K fire. ;)
