I LOVE those two huge sweeping turns in Midfield. I am DYING to drift them in GT5
Maybe as with the Fuji variations, we could get the same treatment to these classic tracks, so there's more variety and everyone is happy?
^ Only God/Allah/Diyos knows.Oh why the Kaz did they change it![]()
^ Don't be. It just happens that you honestly forgotten about it. I still do play GT1/2 and 4.Wow, I didn't know that. After all the times I've played Midfield on GT2 and GT4 as well.
I feel so ashamed![]()
^ Yup, the GT2/3 version was a drifter's paradise.I LOVE those two huge sweeping turns in Midfield. I am DYING to drift them in GT5
^ Yo dude, you forgot the GVS '90s (aka. GT1/2 version):I don't care about Midfield. I'm more concerned about the changes they made to GVS:

See how turn 6 and 7 have been ruined. In GT3 they were nice and curved, but were changed into multi-apex corners for GT4.
What isn't clear by those images aswell, is that the 2 tight hairpins towards the end of the lap have been widened in the GT4 version, and the grass on the exit has been paved over.
Its the same sort of changes being made to 'modernise' circuits in real life, that often makes the tracks worse.
Hopefully this track will be in GT5 and that they returned it to the old layout.
I have to disagree with you guys on this.
I prefer the GT4 versions of both Midfield and Grand Valley Speedway, both for drifting and racing. The problem is more with the physics changes than the track changes. If you could use the GT4 versions of the tracks with GT3 physics, I don't think you'd be complaining as much. The newer versions have much more challenging (which I think is important), rewarding, and aesthetically pleasing areas, especially for drifting. It just became much more challenging to get around those areas because of the huge difference in physics (understeer anyone?).
That's my take anyway...

^ Overall the GT1/2 version was a lot tougher compared to the GT3 version due to the last S-corner (tighter & narrower). :)[/QUOTE]
So those corners became wider progressively with each game? All I know is that the GT4 track was easier than the GT3 version, which is kind of why I didn't like it.
Agree with you!!! Thanks to delay we will have more car's, circuit and content and THAT can be bad, that will made game even better!!!!!!!!
I know that!! But if game is now finished what PD will do until release date??? They probbable will put some extra cars and track...💡
True. All that people is doing at the moment is speculating. In the end, the game may be released with nothing new, yet some people will say "they added the Lamborghini Reventón thanks to the delay!" (if the Lamborghini Reventón hasn't been confirmed already).
Which is why this is such a good idea:

No thanks. I would rather have different tracks, rather than a bunch of variations. We would end up with a similar situation to the Miatas in GT4. Way too many versions of the same car, with little to no difference.
That being said, make it DLC and it's a deal. 👍
I would say the opposite, which is why I like it. The GT3 versions are much more open and sweeping in comparison.

Like Deion Sanders says, "I'll have both."No thanks. I would rather have different tracks, rather than a bunch of variations.
If everyone helps and co-work with everyone, it's harder to define who did that 🤬 square first turn at Midfield Raceway, for example.
And I really don't know why you guys love so much fantasy tracks...![]()
