Hey Mate, well done on this car, I have been looking high and low for similar specs... How did you go with max speed?

Cheers

Thanks buddy, I've had a go with it on Route X and flat out it will do 318.3km/h but thats at 8000rpm, so i've been doing the same test but holding throttle at 7500rpm which V8supercars are limited to, and it sits between 299-302km/h:tup:

Couple of replicas I've made lately.

A great little track day car; it can be pushed around all corners, without exhibiting too much oversteer. It handles like a Mini should, easy to drive, good acceleration, and it can take all the corners with ease. Enjoy.

There's really not much to say about this one. Just as I said for the JCW GP Mini, it's a good all-rounder (well maybe not blistering acceleration). Handling is good, no monstrous understeer or any of that nonsense, braking is good. Overall, a good beginners car.

Comments

This is my favorite of the bunch because I was able to make it more accurate than the others, finding the specs on the Mini Official Website. Yes, the weight distribution really is 62/38, but it actually translates to pretty good handling; my favorite to drive. Just don't, whatever you do, drive it in the rain. But if you keep it in the dry, it'll treat you right. Enjoy.

Say what? Isn't the R32 all wheel drive? And isn't the GTI front wheel drive? Yes and yes, and no, I'm not crazy. With minor tuning, this R32 replica is actually quite realistic. Acceleration is spot on with real numbers, even though it does weigh some 100 kg less than the real one. Handling is very neutral. Understeer? A little. Oversteer? Impossible! But yes, this front wheel drive R32 handles good, accelerates good, and is a great all-rounder. Good for a respectable 8:16 on the Nurburgring. Like the GTI, this is a great beginner's car. Enjoy.

Just as in real life, this SRT8 392 version of the Challenger is an improvement over the previous SRT8. The car handles now, and pretty good, too. Oversteer is only prevalent at low speeds; understeer doesn't interrupt the fun very often. Acceleration is quite good, and braking is commendable for a car of this mass. Enjoy.

This big Volvo handles surprisingly well for its heft, and it's quite stable. Acceleration is good and it brakes well. Push to hard through a corner and you get understeer, but let off the gas and it handles great. Enjoy.

A surprisingly easy car to tune. It doesn't quite match the real life power output of 585 horsepower, but the abundance of torque makes up for it. In real life, there are only 4 gears, so do whatever you wish with 5th gear; I made it more of an overdrive gear. The car has very stable handling, and you should be able to get around any track just fine. A very good car.

Zakyta....the Seton/Crompton is a lovely ride. I do have it in my original account from a UCD pickup but had never got around to driving it. Took it (borrowed from you) to the A-Spec seasonal No. 3 650pp race against the line up headed by the Zonda LM race Car and won by 0.074 seconds. I haven't driven but very little A-Spec over the last two months so am a little rusty, particularly faster cars. With some practice I could get a greaTER margin I am sure. I am going to try and get a field minus the McLaren F1 in the Nurburgring 650pp seasonal to see how it goes on the open road.

Hi,

Thanks for posting, I don't want to sound too negative but..

This is marketplace thread, your tunes are already posted in ich122's thread.
So not sure what I would need with it in here...

Second, I already got most of the cars added in the OP. So old information..

Third, if we want to build those Mini's (I already did) but then we have to go to ich122's thread to find 20 posts after the original tune post to know what models you've used. Couln't you include that information to your original tune post?

I only got this left to build:

With the field headlined by the Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II, and driving at my best, ran a 6.42 beaten into 2nd by 3.9 secs by the Ford GT around the seasonal A-Spec No. 4 at the 'Ring. There was probably a moment where I could have picked up about half a second, but that was it. Brilliant around the monster!!! The only alteration was max. downforce, as opposed to your settings.

If I was more practised I may have picked up a bit, but I was driving on the edge all the way.

👍 👍
