-This software enables you to use 900 degree mode but the DFGT will be recognized as a driving force pro.
the horn, PS button & the 2 real time adjustment keys are disabled for now (they were disabled initially anyways)

Playstation users

- PS2's will recognize the DFGT as a driving force pro. the horn, PS button & the real time adjustment keys are unusable. if a PS2 game is running on a PS3, the PS button might work.


- Recommended settings for GT4

**i had LFS in mind with this setup. it gives off the most feedback information. this is as realistic as GT4 gets**

ive also come across a problem while using the wheel on the PC. it only reads 90 degrees of steering :ouch: dont know what to do

Thanks for all the info and time you put into this thread. When my DFP dies I would go for the DFGT. If they would couple this wheel and the G25 pedals it would be a sure hit, say for $200-225. I know at that price I would buy it.
You are from CT also, where did you find the SRT show?

it would have to be a new 2 pedal design. an unusable clutch pedal wouldn't be a great sales tactic

We do it weekly every Sunday morning. Care to join us sometime. We are mostly mid pack drivers with some slower, some faster.

got my dfgt wheel yesterday guys and girls..!!!
AMAZING....unbelievable what a improvement on the dfp !!!
as whas written in the review^ the new df wheel is a huge improvement in all parts....
the wheel itself is a little bigger so it feels ,more mature...
the ffb is now up to date with the g25(fast centering ,less sound)...
the buttons are perfectly placed and feel more solid...etc,etc...

in all,the price(i payed 110,- euros)is excactly the same as i payed for my old dfp wheel 3 years ago!!!!!!!so...
BEST WHEEL FOR THIS PRICE FOR SURE!!!!!!!

jep,if you open the site,you can choose a country(location)at the top right of the home page...there is a uk flagg there with a store locator!!....:)
got mine via dutch online store(www.hardware.nl)but they dont ship to uk....:indiff:

Yes a few people have.

Veridict is:

The DFGT WHEEL is extremely similar to the G25 WHEEL, even with one FFB motor compared to two on the G25. so the wheels on both are excellent, I personally like the look of the DFGT WHEEL better, but the G25 is made out of better materials.

The DFGT pedals however, are not even close to the G25. the pedals on the DFGT are pretty much the same ones on the DFP.
 
How about the feel (with force feedback games of course). Does it feel better or worse then the G25. Does it have the same lack of force feedback like the G25 while driving straight?
 
im really interested into buying one of these. I have searched everywhere and only place i can find is Gamestop.com thats in america and they ship to uk, £88 in total thats including P+P which is good i suppose but thats quite alot of moeny for me, Does any retailer in the UK sell one of these or any stores? Help pleaseeeeee
 
I am sold! I will be getting this bad boy tomorrow. I will do some modifications to it with the pedals. I already have something really cool that it will make the G25 pedals like just something else. I just gotta rearrange my room and BAM! :P I will post pics when I am all finished the setup.
 
can this be used in 200 deg mode in all ps3 games ?
and is the degrees of rotation used, when connected to a pc variable in increments , or is it either 200 or 900 ?

every logitech wheel is available in increments on PC.

dont know about the ps3
 
Hi, not sure if I should go for this wheel.

I already have a Logitech Driving Force, not a pro or anything. It's got the paddle shift, and the button's on the front, which I can configure to control the in game setup changes (which the red wheel is designed to perform).

Guess my real question is 'Does the GT wheel significantly improve the feedback from a standard Driving Force wheel?'

Just about to buy the seat setup, but just want to know if anybody has compared them?
 
I can't speak for anyone else, but the DFGT was well worth the price to me, especially when you can get prologue for free when buying it.
 
i have a problem w/ DFGT, first off, wheel is amazing! but pedals are good, i'd give 7 out or 10 for pedals (9.5/10 for wheel, 9 overall) but when i use the brake on my DFGT, after i let go, it stays on just a little tiny bit. any fixes, (probably gonna try shoving a sponge under it)
