GT500 Nurburgring Nordschleife / Weather Change / Change Time - 3 Laps

This B-spec event takes place on the Nurburgring Nordschleife using GT500 class cars. Cars can be tuned to 600PP, and tires are limited to Racing Hard or less.

The reccomened Driver Level for this race is Class 35 or higher.

***Rewards can only be earned once***

Started the race with Racing: Hards and it starts raining heavily... restarted, put rain tires on and then there's not a cloud in the sky... Nice.

This one is pretty awesome. Did it with the Mobil 1 NSX. Started with RH. Started raining on the first lap. Half the field (including me) pitted for Inters and half stayed out. Rain stopped at the end of the second lap. Inters got chewed up. Barely won it.

And 16 cars!

I took Takata Dome 03' with minimum downforce and stuck with racing hards the whole time. It started raining 2 minutes into lap 1 and stopped halfway thru lap 2. Got up to 35% track wetness but I got the lead just after lap 1. Just gotta keep bob from getting too worked up and it's no problem.

Ran it in my Mobile 1 NSX, the same one I used for the Spa B-Spec event a while back. Started on racing hards, switched to intermediates on lap 2 pit stop, won race with no problem. Passed last two cars on the long straight. Level 40 driver. Little coaching at all. Paced up twice at the beginning and that was it. Easy 2 mill.

I used the Mobil 1 NSX too. Used a level 40 Bob and started the race on racing hard tyres. The rain peaked at 35% halfway through lap 2, then it dried up to 8% by the end of lap 3. I didn't pit at all, only used 1/3rd of the tyres, and won it easily. 👍

My bob refuses to pass. Speed up, overtake, nothing =\. Using the Nismo Z. Guess I gotta switch car and bobs. He's in 16th place about to go down the long straight on the first lap. Absolutely refusing to pass guys and braking HELLA early.

Just did it with the Honda Mobil 1 NSX and it was an walk in the park.. Pitted once in the first lap to switch tyres to race intermediate and then it stopped raining half way through second lap..

If anyone needs help, send me an fr and I put the NSX for use.. Cheers

2nd attempt 1st place in the Xanavi Nismo GTR '08 with no pit and sport hard tires. 1st time around I just left my driver alone and he decided to pit and came in 4th.

Slow loading servers had me stuck with the loading icon after winning the race. I thought I would have to do the Ring for a 3rd time.

Just completed it on my first try, that was easier than I thought. I used the Nomad Diablo GT-1 on Racing Hard and pitted to Racing Intermediate for lap 2. After I passed the rest who pitted, the ones infront who didn't were a piece of cake.

Just did Sports softs. Don't worry about rain percentage, just start and don't pit. I tried RH without pitting but my guy couldn't keep it on the island on lap 3. Use inters from the start and they get burnt up before the track is really wet enough for them to be effective.

Anyway, I threw Bob into a Takata NSX, bumped up to 600PP from oil change, midrange turbo, then downtuned, nothing else modified on it. Bob Started with the intermediate. Had 1st place 2 minutes into the 2nd lap, runaway freight train from there. Gap at beginning of 3rd lap was 15.5. Finished race a full 2 sectors ahead of them with a gap of.... guess it took too long since it didn't show me. Time was 22 minutes something seconds.

I just hit pace up the whole time, was watching some Family guy with picture in picture so I didn't mind. He looked a bit sloppy towards the end =\.

Also I'm only at 150% bonus, got 990k for the race, the level 23 ticket, but not the 1 million credits.....

I tried with a YellowHat YMS Supra (Premium) [max downforce, powerlimited]
All laps with the same set of RH's, got into 1st on the last lap then Bob spun out

Easily would've won...

Well third time lucky, used ARTA NSX & Lv39 bob. Started on RH pitted end of 1st lap in 3rd place, changed to inters & took 1st 4minutes into 2nd lap & never looked back. First two times I used Castrol NSX & XANAVI NISMO Z '06 & failed miserably (14th & 7th respectively ) but that was using Sports Softs & then again with Sports Hard, just made it really frustrating. But with the right car & a little pushing there's no problem.

Oh yeah, and for my efforts they gave me a Furai concept '08, not bad for a freebie.

Tried it again, spun out again but not so bad. I ended up 2nd, and then my lvl40 Bob decided it would be a great idea to overtake on the inside of the last corner.

Unlike every other overtake he's attempted, he pulled it off

Won by 25 secs on 2nd attempt, 1st attempt was going great until the AI once again showed that it is next to useless. Upon attempting to turn into the pit, there was a car blocking the way so Bob decided to try and make his own pit entrance, through the pit wall itself. Gave up on that run after 10 minutes of watching him fail. 2nd try, powered him down slightly before the pit entrance and no bother after that.

Won 1st attempt with ease. Started with racing hards and it started to rain 2 mins into 1st lap, just stayed on racing hards without a issue. Surface water got up to 37% at its worse, half the grid pitted start of lap 2. Me and the top 6 didn't bother and the rain stopped 5 mins into lap 2 and track dried out a lot by the time I finished.
