Seeing that there has been a lot of Off-Topic discussion about it in other threads, namely the Report Your Game Progress thread, I thought I'd make a Thread about it. And it's also a good place to discuss it.

So, where are the best "kill-spots" you've found? How do you get a lot of kills in San Andreas?

the best i can do is hover near the LV airport (right near where 2 private jets spawn) and shoot fbi cars and helis on 5 stars i the hunter, this does bugger all for killin, but since so many helis get destroyed its good for CR

Just to continue Famine's question in the Report Your Progress thread, he asked whether anyone else thought Wang Autos would be a good spot for killing and Cop stand-offs.

Well, I personally think it would be better as there are no trees blocking things, a better view, and only one way for them to get in: up the drive way. It would also be just as safe as Sunshine Autos, as I wouldn't imagine they would come upstairs.

A good spot for gunning down choppers is from the railroad tunnel mouth near Foster valley.

Just to continue Famine's question in the Report Your Progress thread, he asked whether anyone else thought Wang Autos would be a good spot for killing and Cop stand-offs.

I had the same idea. Plus, it's right beside the Pay'n'Spray so you can clear your stars if you need to go off to find health and armor. The only problem with Sunshine Autos in Vice City was that it wasn't a good spot for shooting down police helicopters. However, the upper level in Wang Autos backs out onto a yard where you could go out to aim a rocket at the chopper, and go back inside for some more destruction.

That sounds like a good spot for that, and there are also a heap of cars parked nearby so finding one for Pay 'n' Spray wouldn't be a big problem...unless you blew them up. The heat seeking rocket launcher would be very usefull for rampages like this, I always hated the other rocket launcher because you might miss, but with this there's no chance

I like going to the LV police hq and hiding behind a desk and pop cops as they walk by.

Downtown under the highway. you can always escape through the storm channels and if you play it right you will do a jump up the side wall into a pay & spray ! When you get tired of butchering of course.

i wonder if there is any 3000+ kills per hour spots. I bet there are a few, and i bet some people know where they are, but as they want the top CR and kills, we wont be finding out for a while :lol:

Around the casino 's is the most target rich enviroment. Get on the Pirate ship and blast away ! The bad thing is no place to hide from Copters and if you are not carefull they will land on your head. You can get into the parking garage and snipe away but you have to stay near the street to pick off the tanks ande army dudes..carefull of the m 4 its got long range and the army dudes like to gang up..the hardest thing is the ; you have to eat syndrome ..thats why under the stadium walkway in los Venturas is a good spot. also in the mall near the docks in san fierro ..you have spots to duck under and plenty of targets and the tanks cant get to you. ( its near the Pizza joint and has decks and outside seating )..the camera is also there so you can take snapshots of your victims. I think theres a bunch of vending machines too.

I just tried at Wang Autos. It doesn't seem like a good spot because there is a gap between the floor and the widow which makes it impossible to get a good vantage point over the road.

The best I've been able to do is about 2000 kills per hour.

I still prefer the normal Rocket Launcher, as I like to have control over where I shoot. I never had trouble hitting targets, and occasionally a Heat-Seeking Missile might follow a car that drives right near you and harm you.

That Pirate Ship spot has potential. I wouldn't mind getting 100% for Unlimited Ammo and trying these various spots out, but I'm too lazy. :lol:

Sounds like a good spot though, as the Rocket Launchers would take care of the Police Helicopters.

Yeah, which in a situation with Army guys shooting you from fairly long-ish range with M4s, it would be a bit frustrating.

you can fire the heat seeking rockets the same as the regular rocket launcher until you lock onto a target... i like it

Yeah, but I like to keep it aimed, and de-aiming and re-aiming becomes irritating. The Heat-Seeking Rocket Launcher is fun, no doubt, but not for when your trying to blast things for kills.

I found a good place to be was on the steps outside the Verona Beach house (It's not actually on the beach it's a little way back!)... Choppers do come but can't shoot at you cos of the high trees... lots of cops and stuff just drive/run past you on the main road and can be shot easily... and the cars are really easy to blow up... they just don't seem to come and get you too much... and if you get shot at and gonna die you can always run into your safe house.

Quite often... they tend to spawn in the large area to the left (As you stand looking down the steps) on the other side of the main road...

There are always plenty of cars too...

well, i found one of the most consistent and easy to use spots so far... go to the train station in san fierro and kill everyone, keep killing til you get 6 stars.. one you get six stars head out to the tracks (there's a roof so you wont need to worry bout choppers)... if you run under the overpass and back (just south of the tracks) about 15-20 cops will spawn each time... its not the fastest spawning spot.. but not too bad... also if you keep going past the freeway overpass, there is some armor in the corner of a parking lot...

i found another spot but its very tedious... with some rythm you can get 1-2 kills per second... if you go in the strip club in the southeastern part of las venturas and kill everyone, there should be 1 security guard guy that'll keep respawning as soon as his dead body is out of your range of view...

There is only one train station in SF isn't there... you come in from the Easter Bay tunnel and into the station and then leave out of another tunnel and over the bridge...

There are at least 2 in Los Santos...

And at least 2 in Las Venturras...

And a couple of others in the countryside...

a good masacre place is in a courtyard where apartment blocks are. they are near your chinatown san fierro save point. you go in the courtyard and climb up the stairs and just take out people with your M4, and since there are trees the police helicopters can't manuvere a good spot to shoot you so they just hover. and police just spawn uncontrollably and run in the courtyard. its like 2 cops spawn for every one person u kill
