I love loose cars but u might want to rethink that stratos, it's rubbish. U guys planning on any events on thursday like u use too run. I was going threw car search and noticed alot of groups of cars close in pp, like there are 6 60's70's cars with in 6,7 pp of each other, jst wish I could drive more cars in game but it's hard when the pp of cars is so off.

I completely agree Kg. Our series is based on using the fastest cars relative to their performance point value, which means we either all run the same few cars or we use cars we know are less competitive. Most of us know which cars are which by now, so recently I have just been driving the cars I like.
One of the ideas I wanted to try out was finding cars which ran similar lap times at a track and using them in a new kind of way. Once I have a better idea on it, I'll see what you guys think. Unfortunately I can't race tonight though.
Regarding the Stratos, it is difficult to drive as it seems to float horizontally sometimes and when the open wheel starts spinning it is game over. I ran it for about 15 minutes last night at Autmn Ring and managed a 44.5XX best lap and only had 3 or 4 spins. I can't control the car enough to confidently drive it in a pack so I will change it at some point in an effort to at least not ruin anyone else's race.

Where was that list which showed how many times each car was used?

Just tried to load it and it failed to load 3 times. 4th time it load but took 3 minutes, along with most formulas failed.

Everything worked fine for me Joby and thanks for adding the number of times used. I will enter the cars from Tuesday after I get home from work today.

I haven't completely tested my lineup but I think it will stay.
I have been playing Grid - Autosport lately for some cross-training and I do have one positive for GT6; the lack of a livery editor in GT6 saves me hours each week which I would have put into meticulously painting and customizing my DTC lineup of cars. So thank God for that...
It would have taken me a long time getting the 1982 Audi Quattro to look like this:
Or the SLK 230 Kompressor to look this awesome:

So it looks like I have finally bought a fun toy/project car. Will finalize the deal next week but should be the owner of a 2002 Focus SVT 170 with 76k miles. With a pp of 392 (same car as focus ST170) it should be a good step up from my current 344 in the Element

Thought about buying a MX5 and racing in the Chump series. The Chump Series is a cheap racing league. It was started for people who love to race but don't have a whole lot of money.
