Ahh fun times....being at the back going into the crossover point on the track and getting absolutely smoked by the leaders. I didn't know what hit me and, of course, the leader wasn't impressed either

I think it was ran once in the open wheel shoot out also, probably wrong though. I do remember running it some time not to long ago though and it was a lot of fun to do. You get to be a spectator and participant of a sort of figure 8 track race! It's a blast.

We ran it in the Kart series, it is fun! Once you get used to cones flying

have you noticed any improvement now that you have a G27?

I agree I want to run a lower PP night. Focusing on the 1500-1700 range. Are there any nights you have free?

Grab a few of the GT-300 type race cars and they are surprisingly easy to handle. The cusco Subaru, and the two wedsport cars would give you three drivetrains and they are all right around 530. That's three of the four you would need right there.

I was on last night testing some cars for the first time...the options are ridiculously huge. I wanted to try some off the wall stuff and all I can say is stay away from the Yellow Bird and the R Maxi Rally, The look fantastic but are evil without tunes.

I didn't want to pick all race cars...in fact I wanted to go all street but some of my faves are just too slow. I love the Ferrari California but it's just way down on speed in comparison to others in its PP range. Some of the Rally Cars are great but the gearing on the cool ones is way too short for some of the big tracks.

Compromise is my flavor of the day.

Somehow managed as to close to an "All Street" lineup as I could. 3 Street cars and 1 Race.

Wish I could get all street cars but I just couldn't get it done in the short amount of time I had on the PS3.

Street cars definitely won't win but I wanted to try it out for fun.

Usually this will not effect thing if you are already connected but if you get disco'd after 11:00 that will probably be all she wrote. If you guys do not make it through the night we will repeat the lineup next week.

Preliminary lineup based on a huge amount of testing this morning...well, ok, I tested one car to see how long the battery lasts, the others are from memory if they handled half decent

Wildcard - Gran Turismo 350Z RS (508pp)
FR - Toyota Wedssport Celica '03 (531pp)
MR/RR - Pagani Zonda C12 '00 (525PP with 26k on it)
4WD - Acura DN-X Concept '02 (532pp)

Total - 2096pp

Short version; due to the higher than usual PP, we're allowed to drop 1 drivetrain altogether and run 2 of another (taking my lineup as an example; I've dropped the FF car in favour of a second FR).

Yeah...the average PP is 525 and there are no FF close to that so drop the FF and choose two of another.

If you convert it to east coast time it becomes 11:00pm the previous day. So tonight. Hopefully it will not effect the racing
