Well Ill put it to ya like this. No one has put me on a high horse but you. I believe it was you that took my comment wrong in the first place. This is a VIDEO GAME not F1 . Half the time you cant even tell what the cars are doing on track from lag. I never said you called me a "cheater". Im pretty sure I used the words like them , they and anyone. Rules are rules and I follow them just like everyone else. All I meant was Monza was the WORST track for penalty of track bounry because of the extensive use of the curbs . The minute you over correct your OFF the track. Anyone who thinks my performance on track is a result of CHEATING is full of bologna ! So I don't want anyone to think of me in that way. Point is I try to help everyone in this League all I can without just giving it to them. I want us ALL to WORK hard to achieve a higher level of driving. You included Sir. Im sure I have tryed lending everyone a hand at one time or another including you.At the same time I am here to WIN just like everyone else. I just don't see how other drivers put the BLACK hat on my head all the time for it.
Anyway nice debating with you.
Thanks
Chris\War

I don't think anyone thinks you are a cheater Chris...we've all had our own experience of watching you pull away.

However you are,... sounding a bit aggressive...towards a fellow competitor that to me, is raising an important topic in a fair manner. Much like Tex's driving, his writing is within the boundaries.

I think we all need to take a deep breath and relax... this is just a video game!
and a dying video game at that..
But I/we have to run the modified SNAIL rules so I get stuck trying to run against drivers I would never run against in a regular SNAIL league race.

personally I am still fuming about getting stuck in the pro class and having to run with D1, D2 and D3 type drivers when I can barely stay in the D5 class in Snail, which by the way I am stuck in because D6 is currently full...
I personally hate this car at this BOP. I am not having any fun running it at all.

In the next version of this game all of the cars will be balanced by the FIA/Polyphony gurus much like Project Cars has done, there will be no spec racing, there may only be on (cockpit type) view to use. The entire way we race will be changed and is changing for the better. The rules will be automatically applied by the FIA, stewarding will be done in game automatically like they are now in Project Cars. there will be no cars ghosting to drive through only slower cars with damage to drive around!

So my advice to all of our racers that are still with us is to take a deep breath in and exhale and remember this game will be a distant memory soon enough and we will all look back and laugh at it when the next (or current) games come out.
:cheers::gtpflag:
You are a Pro when you take the time to tune, you are as good as any of the other pro's If you would get a better wheel maybe even faster then Chris. I understand you hate this car and haven't hit the switch on how to tune her but that doesn't mean you are a Pro-Am. As for Chris even he can be beat (by Robbie).

Which is why I laugh when I see Chris get all offended when people call the fastest guy in the league a cheater. Why, because Robbie beat Chris with Chris' own tune and Chris' response was "he's got to be cutting the track" (aka cheating). I know Chris isn't cutting turns and all that fun stuff he just puts the time in and understands tuning to a degree that borderlines on psychotic. I've watched some of the replays of our series (especially when the rules changed and Chris joined and started killing it)

I've seen you keep up with Chris until... that one mistake then off he went. that's why I'm liking what we are going to be trying with the changes with the V6 series. Theoretically we will all be as fast as Chris.

Sorry dabz if I come off that way but I dont consider someone telling me to " come off my high horse " or putting my name anywhere near the word " cheater " . Within writing boundaries.

Well I agree im guilty of it myself with the Robbie running my tune so fast. The difference is I never POSTED it up that I thought he may have cheated. I just wanted to create a team rivalery to push us both to be faster. I am proud of everyones efforts on that team. The kids got to show me for me to believe it. I have worked my butt off to make this better for us all as well as others have to try and get this more even.I just dont get it.

Whats their to get?... it's just envy :sly:

I am not a Pro driver, like I said in the SNAIL world/league I should be in D6.
and Really take the time to tune?!?!?!?
I have around 2800 miles on Monza on my test Megaaan! and a pretty damn good setup for me to drive and only one stop the race with good tire wear!!
I'm able to keep up with Chris?!?!? I can't even come close to War's, Racingline's, Dabz's, Birdy's or even JC's lap times in this damn Megaaaan!!!
I am still confused on why my new Megaaaan ran low on power(ended up with 450hp!!) at the end of only 1 hr of running it with a fresh oil change before the race!!!????

Guys if you like me you like me if you don’t I can't help ya. Just realize I have been here a long time and don't plan on going anywhere. I like all of ya . Even tho I rarely get any love in return. I will tell ya one thing I am greatful for the friends I have made and hope to make more. See ya on the track.

wow, which part do you find funny? the car name?
the rest for me is a real problem.
I can't run as fast as you, I can't squeeze anymore practice time in, and I am completely baffled as to why my new Megan lost so much power in such a short period of time!

I believe its just the first oil change. Just that fire in your eyes man I like it.

oil change and chassis under 150mi!! that seems a little too quick to be wearing out that much. I mean that's only one race!!!

I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say, we all have a healthy level of respect for your driving and the work you put into this series.

Though I'm in my rookie season with GT1, my respect for skills extends to all my fellow drivers. It's hard to find quality racers, let alone keep them around season after season. Looking forward to going faster...drive tastefully fellas.

No , but keep an eye on the chassis it goes quickly just cant remember when. I think mine needed rebuilt after Daytona was over.

For the V-6 Season I'll drive the Nissan Fairlady Z (Z33) '08

mmmm I don't think you get to pick just yet Tex
Hmmmm, I forgot about the Priority Choosing Schedule.
Oh well, you never know if it might still be on the List when my turn comes up. If not, then I'll try something else.
Thanks.

Any practice going on tonight? Is it possible to run tire wear and fuel usage on, without being online?

Practicing Off-line, for me anyway, has not proven to be similar/equal to results (laps, etc) as that of On-line.
I only use the Off-line practice for passing practice and "something else on the track besides just me".
