Picked up the red '17 NSX and the red ND at Poundworld. They didn't have as many as before Christmas, understandably.

Hopefully my local Asda has the yellow '17 NSX when I pop in later. Lamley is reporting that they've started to come in.

Edit: I think we broke the thread. It currently says AOS is the last poster, but he's clearly not.

Did you really buy that @GroupB? Weren't they stupid expensive?

Just looked it up. It was an even ¥10,000 last month, and I was the only bidder. I believe that's not far off the original list price a few years back. Too obscure an item to skyrocket. The TV version, on the other hand, is pretty common.

That Auto World reminds me of my Auto World

Normally $5 at Walmart. Got it on sale for $4.
Don't overreact Jarrod. I threaten your safety at least once a week!

It was over $100 when it came out, right? Sounds like a deal? Please post pics of it. PLEASE!

It's in the case now, but here's a quick shot:

Bloody heck, those people from Tomytec are so versatile. I find it crazy how they can put so much detail in so many different vehicles. Trucks, buses, trams, car carriers - you name it. What will they do next? Model aircraft? LOL, if they tried making 1:500 scale planes, they would most definitely knock Herpa off it's perch. But Herpa also has a keen eye for detail...

Edit: The Alfa Romeo 155 DTM and Skyline Police Car (ER34) I recently purchased from Japan Booster have been sent.:D

That's a very good attempt overall. It's a shame it's not white where it should be. Also would've been super cool to have the lights too. But despite that, that is still very good. Are there any interior changes there?

To give you an idea, @AOS- that casting is not an official Tomica model. Toys Cafe is located within the mall very close to my house, and is one of my sources of Tomica and Kyosho.

That modification was done by an acquaintance of mine and sold in limited quantity. The interior is very detailed as well. The seats are black and read two tone much like in the real car.

You mean it's a counterfeit Tomica?

Or, you mean they use genuine Tomica products and simply just repaint and/or add livery to it.

When I mean "customised" like the Akado Honda Civic, I mean these companies take a genuine Tomica and repaint it. The Akado Civic uses pad printing to add the Castrol livery to it.

To me, the livery on the GT-R seems to be water transfers and then glossed overall, rather than pad printing. Can you confirm this?
