Recent release, yeah. Other colors - no idea. Pretty sure all of these are from K & L cases.

I googled it, and while there's is regular themed Torino with different headlights, like this one, I'm not seeing one with this grille/headlight style, which you have.

Anyway, I was just wondering. It's a cool car.

They have 16-count case of "Garage" series for $42.99, free shipping. If there weren't doubles, I'd pull the trigger at heartbeat. Unfortunately, it's probably like how it was explained in the eBay sale($192 for six cases), two of eight cars.

I think I'll give up on the Maisto GT-R for now. I'll be patient and wait for it to appear in stores. Going to go buy a bigger scale 1:36 GT-R from Kintoy tomorrow. Guess I'll have to hunt some more for the R34 GT-R since there's issues with shipping.

I still know very little about Tomica but I've surmised that if the base is metal and says Made in Japan, it should be a safe bet at $2.

It's a freaking steal. And if it has the black wheels like the Pantera, don't let it go.

And I wish I had a mexican J2000. Unless there's more than 1, I recall it being green with wicked graphics on each side. Like dragons or something.

They're called "Protecto-Pak" usually. They're much cheaper when you buy large quantities of them, but I don't have the money to purchase a large quantity.

x25 of them is usually around $30

x300 of them is usually around $150.

The usual buy more, pay less. Maybe a few of us can pool together and buy a lot of them and split it?

I would say yeah, but I gotta get a PayPal account first. But I really need to buy one of these cases for my cars ASAP. I don't know when my shoeboxes are gonna bust.

My local Wal-Mart advertised MBs for a dollar during the long weekend (Monday is a holiday over here) and so I went down today to check, hoping to find something I didn't have. This is the empty rack that greeted me:

I found these scattered among the other products - mostly doubles, but a couple I didn't have.

Ended up browsing in the HW aisle, which resulted in more doubles but a few new ones, too.

Just got back from hitting 5 separate Wal-Marts. (one of which I didn't even know about ) This is after I hit one more on my lunch break and two more on the way home along with a quick stop at Toys R Us.

I hit handful of Walmart, but no Dan Weldon. It was ridiculous, 2 Walmart had just restocked, but Weldons were gone. One Walmart still had new boxes on a pallet, but somebody went through them already & again, no Weldon.

I guess one nice surprise was the Super Tsunami(Supra-based) at my local grocery store of all places. I had just found out about this car yesterday, and I got interested in it. I didn't think I would find this oldie today!

Olds is nice. 👍 Mad Manga is EVERYWHERE. You guys should find so many of them, you'll be sick of it pretty fast.

Though, I did get my Hot Wheels fix yesterday. Went hunting and found nothing. Then, to make myself feel better, went to Deal$ to pick up some glazed popcorn (Orville Redenbachers Poppycock). Checked out the toy aisle while there and jackpot! Fully stocked pegs. Here's what I took home.

Two Firebird wheel errors. One without the chrome on the front wheel and one completely missing the front wheels. And last but not least, my first 2012 $uper.

Another day atty the flea market. guy had a box of 70s and 80s corgi IN PACKAGE. I bid him 17 bucks and he took it!!! I saw some dupes but for 85 cents/piece...I could care less. a lot of utility trucks and the weld west train set for sure i saw. have to take pics tonight.

Went out with a friend to purchase some models. Went to a RiteAid (unfortunately we don't have any in our town) to buy scale models. Afterwards went to the flea market. Got him into looking at flea markets, he enjoyed going through the stuff.
