2011 German Grand Prix

well whatever happens im sure it will be a good race. i think the ferraris will put pressure on everyone so it should be good :)

btw hoping webber wins but also vettel...as long as RBR wins im fine :)

hey guys I missed qualifying live cause I was out with my new girlfriend :3 but when watching the recording I noticed when Glock got knocked out of Q1 he was angry with the team do you guys think this could mean something or do you think it just was because he did not do very well at his home race?

(P.S I will be at Hungry next week :D)

It could be that he didn't feel the car was working at its best, even if it was he probably would have qualified much higher anyway, or he's just getting very frustrated and impatient about constantly having to fight for 20th when he was once regularly fighting for points.

Hmm you do have a point I was just wondering because his outburst seemed out of the blue

Tbh he'll probably just pass them both at the start and storm off into the distance, as is his nature.

Here we go.

I don't know what you're talking about. I just don't see what he has to prove to anyone. He is world champion, he is on the way to being a two times world champion after a thoroughly impressive first half of the season.

Apparently being faster than everyone else isn't good enough. You have to be slow enough for overtaking to become a necessity.

I said it because by the time the thread for the next race is created I'll be traveling sorry for being off topic

I don't think you understand his humour. It was just a joke.

Hungry: Meaning to crave food.
Hungary: Meaning the country.

It was just a little joke. ;)

Yeah, and I'll be hungry in a minute. I wonder if those left over Chinese food in the fridge is still good? :sly:

So I guess being world champion means nothing to some people. I forget, which year was it that you won the drivers title?

How much do they pay you to defend vettel left and right? I'm in this thread maybe 3 times a week and all I read is your constant whining about vettel bashers.
Let it go, broe.

As Webber usually fails to capitalise from pole position I wouldn't besurprised if Hamilton won. Alonso could come into the lead too in my opinion. Vettel is an obvious choice but i reckon Hamilton could win this.

I agree with you I'm looking for Hamilton or Alonso to win...but for my predictions this week and I hope I win this week in the competition I do this is what I have for the top 5.

Hamilton, Alonso, Webber (Hoping that he doesn't follow team orders and keeps the pace over vettle), Vettle and Button.

@F1 Fan: My comment was suggesting that an argument was about to take place.

@Everyone else: Why do you feel the need to bash Vettel? Granted you haven't really this week but every other thread I've seen 'He couldn't pass Button" and the following races quoted."2008 Italian Grand Prix", "2008 Singapore Grand prix" "2010 Turkish Grand prix" and "2009 Bulgarian grand Prix". It's getting annoying all the Vettel bashing which leads to other driver bashing. It's getting annoying.

Why not concentrate on all the good races these drivers had? Brazil '08, Alonso in the last race, Italy '08, Germany '09, Brazil '09. All the drivers have their bad days and are lacking on certain skill, but they're all world class drivers. Why bash?

Yeah I was surprised by Kobayashi as well, but if Buemi is able to start from there and push forward to points finishes then I easily believe the same for Kamui.

Again agreed haha. The obvious one most people would have wanted in a top 6 is Schumacer...I miss the days he was in a competative car, this car is competative I guess? Rosberg proved that but the car clearly doesn't suit Schuey's style as much.

I'm hoping for rain either way...or for the drivers to all spin out on the end straight hairpin like GT5

Wow so I'm not the only one that notices these F1 regulars always getting in a big fuss and thinking they know all that is F1.

So I ask you two. Who is worse. Those who bash someone, or the person who argues back?

Why not

Well said.

Well said.

The people who run PR for a driver that most likely has more pressing things then the realization that people on a Forum are going to bash him or her (depending on the racing series). I'm just saying it gets annoying on both perspectives and a more friendly thread would be nice once in a while.

See I don't know if this years car is all the great compared to last years or if the top three have just leaped that much further from last year. Rosberg had more Podium finishes than this year which he has none. I just don't see the car by merc-gp being better than last year. I do see Shumacher running a bit better but that's just me.

I agree. A friendly thread would be nice. So I'll ask you again. Who is worse? The person who throws the first stone, or the person who threw one back?

I would like this thread to be friendly, so if the so called armchair experts who routinely bash Vettel will give it a rest, then so will I.
